great stay in the city center, all accessible in a walking distance
Pros:

cleanliness, quiet, big room, big and comfortable bed, shower in the room, towel, toilet paper (my previous hotel room in Jakarta didn't have these 2 essentials)

Não foi possível ficar nesse hotel, ao chegatmos na acomodação fomos informados que não haveria café da manhã como reservado no booking, e nossa reserva havia sido cancelada, assim tivemos que procurar hospedagem de última hora, gerando transtorno e mais gastos.

The breakfast, should be we got 5 breakfast instead, we only got 4. Since 2 room is under my name and 1 room under another name. The toilet is very dirty on certain room. Cleanliness is bad

The condition of the property was significantly below acceptable standards and far worse than expected. The room, towels, blankets, and bathroom emitted unpleasant odors, which caused considerable discomfort throughout the stay. Due to these conditions, I was unable to sleep and had no choice but to secure alternative accommodation. Given the circumstances, the property did not provide reasonable value for the amount paid.

Jongen aan de receptie deed echt zijn best maar hotel wast echt met afstand het goorste verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest
