Pros:

En general la atención del hotel fue buena. Fue terrible la comodidad de las camas, la limpieza de las sábanas y de la zona dónde las guardaban y la puerta tiene una cortina vieja y que deja entrar luz, además arriba de la puerta nisiquiera hay como cubrirla.

Pros:

My second time here. Old world building with lots of character.
Nice room and very nice bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Decent breakfast which I enjoyed and I will be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

The location is perfect and the rooms were very clean. The only challenge was the smell coming from the shower. We just shut the bathroom door. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Pros:

Lovely old colonial building close to the cathedral. It has lots of old world charm and character. The rooms surround an open air courtyard. While some of the courtyard lacked maintenance, it retained its old world charm and I loved it.
The staff were friendly and gave me good advice and suggestions on local points of interest within walking distance.
My room was very nice with a 32 inch TV and cable.
The bathroom was one of the nicest I have seen in this price range.
My room had breakfast included and it was great. Coffee, orange juice, fruit and in my case delicious Chilaquiles were all included.
The area has lots of great shopping, plenty of restaurants and we found a great bar to hang out in.
It seems to be quite a safe area in daytime hours though after dark there was still quite a crowd in the streets.
