Nice but expensive
Pros:

Perfect location, good food at the hotel . But the service it is not perfect for the price paid

Cons:

Parking , it is a busy street and it is expensive to pay the Vallets . Considering the price paid per night , parking should be included

Café da manhã bom, mas caro para o que oferece. Logo ao lado do hotel tem uma padaria excelente e bem mais em conta…

Cons:

Uma senhora que não me recordo o nome me atendeu na chegada. Não aceitou pagamento utilizando Apple Pay. Precisava ser um cartão físico para pagamento in loco. Solicitei então que nesse caso, cobrassem a estadia no meu cartão que foi usado para fazer a reserva via booking e estava registrado no sistema. Disse que não podia fazer isso, e que aquele cartão era apenas para garantir a reserva. E que sem um cartão físico, não poderiam fazer o meu check in. Pedi pra falar com a gerente e a atendente me disse que ela era a general manager. Foi aí que perguntei “e se eu não viesse?” e ela respondeu “iríamos cobrar uma diária no cartão que está registrado na booking.” Novamente afirmei que não fazia sentido e em seguida chegou uma outra mulher que se apresentou como assistant manager (onde ficou claro que a atendente anterior havia mentido sobre o próprio cargo visto que a assistant manager estava acima dela na hierarquia). Foi-me dito que era a política do hotel e tive de pagar com um cartão físico internacional onde fui cobrado um dólar mais caro do que já tinha no cartão registrado na booking, além de impostos extras cobrados pelo governo do meu país (emissor do cartão).

Ao fim a assistant manager, que foi muito cordial, concordou e confirmou que essa política de pagamento nunca foi explicitada durante a reserva via booking, o que causou todo esse transtorno. Como forma de amenizar pelo inconveniente, nos ofereceu um drink.

Pros:

This hotel was in a great location and the staff were amazing. Their breakfast was very good. It had a great view and the bed and room was very comfortable.

They lie about parking fees. Valet will tell you $25 and charged 60. Per night.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, the hotel was in a great location, it's safe, and I would definitely return again.

Cons:

I didn't like having to request daily housekeeping. I feel for the price it should be automatic.
