Pros:

Great location in Downtown Fort Worth - a lot of cafés, resraurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel is modern and either renovated or newly built. Hydration stations available to refill water bottles. Can't rate the breakfast but there is a very cute café in the building where we got coffee every morning.

Cons:

Our room had one of these modern, open bathrooms that may look nice but offers no real privacy. The air con control panel never went into shut down mode and so was very bright at night.

A great hotel, minus no room service.

Frustrated for front desk employees and guests.
Pros:

The valet was great. Once we were in the room, it was great.

Cons:

Check in took 49 minutes. The technology used to assign rooms was not functioning. Front desk staff (2 employees) were unable to tell which rooms were occupied and which were not. I was given a room key to a room that was occupied. The customer said we were the fifth ones that were given that same room assignment. Staff was literally leaving the desk to go check room availability on foot.
Where was management? On hold with IT (apparently all day). Why was this handled in such an unorganized way? Management should have been checking rooms and communicating those rooms to the front desk. An employee stationed on each floor would have been even better.
Guest were beginning to panic as their evening events were coming up with less and less time to dress and prepare. Guest were returning to the desk 3 and 4 times because of miscommunication.
The desk employees were kind and calm during the ordeal- but they were not given any managerial support. Hopefully a more productive plan will come from this chaos!

Comfortable Hotel in good location
Pros:

Room was comfortable and the Hotel well located.

Cons:
