Lovely stay
Pros:

The stay here was fabulous! The owners are truly kind and always happy to help to give you the best hints about Ko Lanta. The room was also perfectly clean and modern, just 5min by foot to the beach. Would come back!

Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse incroyable toujours aidant. Vous avez la possibilité de louer très facilement directement avec eux les scooters ( cela vous évite les problèmes possibles avec certains loueurs)

Great landing spot in Koh Lanta
Pros:

Lovely porch area surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for eating breakfast in the morning. Huge bed, quiet and powerful air con. Heard birds and saw shy monkeys in the mornings. Location is close to the road that leads to Old Town so it’s positioned in a great spot to explore the beaches on the lower west side, the town on the east side or even north towards Long Beach. Property owner is very friendly and helpful with advice and bookings for onward travel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war gepflegt, man konnte bei ihnen direkt einen Roller mieten und einen Transfer organisieren.

Cons:

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln und das zweite Zimmer hatte leider eine Kakerlake, die WC-Spülung funktionierte einmal nicht (aber er kam in der Nacht, um sie zu reparieren, danke dafür!) und war nicht in den Innenhof, sondern an auf einen Markt(?) gerichtet. Beim Checkout gab es einen riesiges Chaos bzgl. Bezahlung (wir haben den Gesamtbetrag vollständig überwiesen, aber nur die Kinder der Besitzer waren anwesend) und haben fast unsere Fähre verpasst.

Le logement est bien situé sur l’île, la location de scooter est efficace également ainsi que le laundry service qui n’est pas cher.
La terrasse est agréable

Le propriétaire est gentil, agréable et souriant

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le lit très dur et l’accueil par le reste de l’équipe assez froid ce qui a rendu notre séjour. Cela était peut être dû au événement mais ça nous a rendu un peu triste

Too expensive and remote
Pros:

Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Room was basic but quiet and clean. The owner saw that I was in a bind to get to the pier and drove me for a reasonable price.

Cons:

I think you really need a scooter to enjoy this location. It is walkable to one beach and some bars/shops, but tuk tuks to get around the large island are very expensive and the hotel won't help negotiate. My veranda faced a dirt mound. This was my most expensive accommodation in Thailand and it didn't seem worth the price.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, grazie alla gentilezza dello staff e alla tranquillità del luogo.
Pros:

Il luogo era molto tranquillo, strategicamente posizionato ed immerso nel verde. Lo staff è stato estremamente premuroso nei nostri confronti, organizzando sia il trasferimento da e per il porto (come servizio aggiuntivo a pagamento) sia il noleggio del motorino durante la nostra permanenza (anch’esso come servizio extra a pagamento).

Al nostro arrivo, il proprietario ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità, fornendoci numerosi consigli sulle attività da svolgere sull’isola e indicandoci le spiagge più belle da visitare.

La stanza era accogliente e ordinata, dotata anche di un terrazzino molto piacevole, soprattutto la sera, ideale per rilassarsi e fare due chiacchiere. La colazione, che avevamo richiesto, veniva consegnata in camera alla mattina all’orario da noi preferito e comunicato la sera prima, un servizio davvero comodo e apprezzato.

Cons:

L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il condizionatore, che risultava un po’ rumoroso anche in modalità “sleep”.

Struttura ben tenuta e pulita con proprietari davvero accoglienti
Pros:

Struttura in zona più tranquilla. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Proprietari gentilissimi e davvero molto disponibili. Abbiamo richiesto il pick-up al porto, noleggio auto x il soggiorno e van per il prossimo trasferimento a Krabi. Si sono occupati di tutto a prezzi onesti. Anche la colazione presso la struttura offerta ad un buon prezzo e varia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
