Pros:

We were able to check in a little early and the bed was made for us daily. It was really central and on the next street over from the night market and the river

Cons:

Even though the listing says it’s soundproofed, we were woken up by the hosts shouting to each other early in the morning. The bathroom has an opening at the top of the wall that led to the corridor too, so that also didn’t help the noise

Lovely little place in a great location
Pros:

Great location, comfy bed, good shower, very friendly helpful staff, I only stayed 1 night but slept well so it must be peaceful, the room opened out onto the pool. Very nice stay.

Pros:

We stayed in room 101 right by the pool. The pool was very refreshing. Staff were very friendly and did our laundry for us. Location was excellent very quiet and an easy walk to the river. Great air-conditioning.

Property next door doing some construction on our last day.

La struttura è bellissima e la posizione è ottima! Ci hanno anche organizzato il servizio taxi dall'aeroporto all'hotel permettendoci inoltre di pagare il tutto con carta dato che eravamo appena arrivati e non avevamo contante a disposizione.

Cons:

Sinceramente per me sarebbe stato un alloggio da 10 se non fosse che per più di un'ora alla mattina presto abbiamo sentito urlare (credo fossero i proprietari che litigavano fra di loro, non comprendendo la lingua non posso esserne certa, ma anche fossero stati altri ospiti penso sia compito comunque dei proprietari intervenire e calmare la situazione così da non disturbare)... avremmo voluto dormire dato che arrivavamo da un volo di 12 ore e da una serata fuori per goderci Hoi An illuminata, e comunque penso che prolungare momenti di disagio come questi per così tanto tempo sia una cosa assolutamente da evitare.

Family run, they were so lovely and accommodating. She even changed my room to one of the swim
Up rooms. They are on a back street just off the nigh Market so perfect location
