Fijn verblijf op een erg goede locatie

Erg goede locatie, overal vlakbij. Vriendelijke eigenaresse en zoon. Erg behulpzaam en goede tips gekregen.

Great stay, lovely room and excellent location!
Pros:

Room was lovely and clean, bed was super comfy and shower was nice and hot. Location was excellent only a 2 minute walk from the old town and night market. Staff were so friendly! Would definitely recommend staying here

Un séjour comme nous les aimons. La gentillesse et la simplicité. Une première pour nous à Hoi An mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Rien. Mais SVP continuez de garder votre maison et de l'entretenir. Ne restez pas à attendre que les années passent sans améliorer.

Super great location and lovely owners, nice and quiet away from it all. Lovely room and we extended our stay a night. Thank you!

There was some food left in the fridge from previous guests when we arrived and the electric (including the fridge) turns off when the key card isn't in

Buena ubicación. Mejorar ventilación del baño.
Pros:

Su ubicación. Y la piscina al estar bajo techo, permitió refrescarse, despues de una larga mañana de recorrido.

Cons:

El baño no tenía ventana, era solo una cortina, por ende estaba a la misma temperatura que el exterior.

Lovely hotel/ home stay in a fabulous location
Pros:

The hotel is the next block from all the HoiAn lantern action. Metres from the markets and short walk from the clothing design shops. Fabulous! The pool is cool as it’s indoor, perfect for those hot 38 degree days. We stayed for 3 nights. Nice comfortable clean rooms.
Even if you book through Booking dot com you will need to pay in cash upfront. The owners spoke very limited English.

Cons:

It is like a home stay. The family live in the facility and they have young children (Aug 2025) that screamed from about 5 am. The design of the accommodation ensured their voices echoed throughout. I know the locals get up early but we didn’t need to be woken then. I wore earplugs.
