Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple reviews note clean rooms and facilities and that rooms 'smelt clean'; a few mentions of ants and cosmetic wear lower the score slightly.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating; efficient shuttle and 24/7 check-in praised across reviews.
Location
9.8
Very close to the airport (walkable, shuttle available) and ideal for late arrivals/early departures; 7-11 nearby; surroundings sometimes described as scruffy but proximity is the main positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as clean and comfortable with good beds, but basic and showing some wear (could use repainting), occasional broken TV and no lift access for upper floors.
Amenities
8.3
Strong points: 24/7 shuttle and check-in, luggage storage; limited other amenities (no elevator, minimal on-site F&B), so overall adequate for an overnight stopover.
Value for Money
9.1
Frequently cited as good value for a short overnight stay by the airport; price and included/cheap transfers make it a strong value choice.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast generally not included and there is little on-site F&B; proximity to convenience stores noted but F&B options are limited.
Overall Experience
9.6
Consistently recommended for overnight/airport stopovers: clean, convenient and staffed by helpful people. Minor issues do not outweigh the convenience for this use case.

We only spent one night at the hotel but it was perfect, the facilities were spot on
Pros:

From the moment we arrived everything was lovely, a warm welcome, the offer of a taxi in the morning at great price. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked where a good restaurant was and they took us to a great little area near the beach with their own cheap taxi service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in this area near the airport.

Cons:

Nothing

A Good Airport stay.
Pros:

This hotel has been beautifully renovated with basic but clean ammenties. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new. Good WiFi and a helpful staff. They had a great free shuttle from the airport.

Cons:

No elevator but the staff helped with luggage. Although it is very close to the airport, finding your way out of the airport was too complicated. We had to call for the shuttle as it was night. In the daylight we could see that you could walk to the hotel from the domestic terminal.
