Comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Once I found the correct entrance, the check-in process was smooth and the receptionist was helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The dining area was pleasant, and the cozy courtyard created a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I found the hotel convenient and good value for money.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the lack of responsiveness before check-in. I accidentally confused the entrance with the neighboring hotel, but when I called and sent messages to the contact number provided in my reservation, nobody answered. This should be addressed, as guests rely on those contact details when they need assistance.

The room was also uncomfortably warm. Keeping the window open all night did little to improve the temperature, while allowing a significant amount of noise from outside, especially early in the morning.

Finally, it was surprisingly difficult to get a taxi to the airport because the journey is very short and several drivers refused the ride. It would be a great addition if the hotel offered an optional airport shuttle service for a reasonable price.
