Picturesque Location: Nestled by the River Bèze, our half-timbered hotel offers a tranquil escape opposite the historic Saint Rémy church in Bèze.

Important information:

The reception is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 09:30 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 20:00.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 13:15 and 18:30 to 20:15. On Sundays it is open from 12:00 to 13:30.

The hotel and the restaurant are closed on a Sunday evening and all day Monday.

If you plan to arrive after 20:30, please inform the hotel in advance by email or telephone.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Fantastic stay, with the hotel manager incredibly friendly. Due to problems at the Channel Tunnel we were running significantly delayed. However, we were still able to check in and have dinner. Food incredible, room comfortable. Fantastic overnight stay.

Very old historical building full of rustic French charm in delightful village. In need of some TLC but nice, comfortable, overnight stay if you can look past that. Don’t stay here if you are expecting modern facilities!! Excellent evening meal , prompt friendly service ( unlike some other reviewers) although to be fair we were the only ones staying that night!

Cons:

Toilet was clean but bowl had brown stains. Mattresses were ‘firm’ which we found comfortable but others might not.

L’ambiance d’époque est belle mais l’hôtel manque cruellement de confort et il est décevant par rapport aux notes vues sur votre site.

Cons:

Venu dans l’établissement début janvier, notre chambre était impossible à chauffer, le lit était gelé lors de notre arrivée et impossible de dépasser les 15 degrés dans la chambre. Par rapport au prix payé le confort est vraiment inexistant nous n’avons pas réussi à nous réchauffer malgré les deux couettes disponibles.

Altijd leuk voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Ontvangst en het diner zijn hier altijd geweldig. Geen haute cuisine maar landelijk Bourgondisch en zeer geslaagd.

Cons:

Kamers zijn sober en het ontbijt ook. Maar dat hoort ook bij deze prijs.

A good hotel for a stopover to break up a long journey. Good food and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, just off the autoroute near Dijon. Good food - we had fondue which was very tasty and filling. Breakfast was also good, with great coffee. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

We stayed in winter and the room was cold. There are fan heaters in the room, but they take a long time to heat the room. The bath had a shower attachment with no shower screen, so it was not possible to have a stand up shower (without getting the whole bathroom wet).
