분명 금연 방인데 본인은 담배를 피우는데 불구하고 담배 찌든 냄새 때문에 눈이 아픔. 침대 상단 부분 전화기, 램프있는 곳 바닥은 최소 한달 동안 먼지를 제거하지 않은 것 같이 먼지가 쌓여 있고, 전화기 위에는 번호를 누르고 싶지 않을 정도로 먼지가 쌓여 있음. 5성급 호텔인데 청결 상태 매우 부족. 정말 부족 너무

Mycket bra hotellstandard, men engelskakunskaperna kan förbättras, särskilt i restaurangen.
Frukosten helt ok, men håller inte samma klass som hotellet i övrigt.

Pros:

Location is good, it is near the center of the city and with a shopping arcade in walking distance, breakfast is good, staffs are polite and can speak good English.

Cons:

I booked a non-smoking room and the registering staff also mark non-smoking room in the receipt, but I still got offer a room full of tabaco smell. WiFi is unstable and so do the hot water supply during shower.
