Pros:

Great little hotel in Hanoi ! It's kinda quirky, contemporary & very comfortable. The location is great - in a small street with hectic traffic right outside the door (but quiet inside...) and "easy" walking to all the old quarter sights. The staff were very chirpy and helpful, breakfast was really good. I'd happily stay here again !

Cons:

Lots (hundreds !) of food & drink options in the immediate neighbourhood but all pretty average & packed with touts & tarts !
It might be worth taking the time to walk a little further around the block to find somewhere great.

Fantastic stay in the centre of Hanoi
Pros:

Amazing staff, all super helpful and friendly.
Location is very good too with easy access to everything In Hanoi. Joyce, Hazel and Emily were all brilliant at making sure we enjoyed our trip

Pros:

Mina Hotel & Spa is a great place to stay in Hanoi Vietnam. It is exactly in Old Quarter very near to all reastaurants and shops. The hotel is also part of all tour package pick up points. The hotel looks beautiful, has great aesthetic & clean. We had early checkin and upgraded room for free. The staff are so friendly, always smiles and provides great direction in English. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel also has tour service agent which provides information about places to visit. Emily was very helpful. You can ask all the questions about tour packages if needed. Over all great hotel and services.
I commend this staffs below:
Sarah works with the reception who always greet you with a smile and answers all question you needed.
Tony the Manager is very accomodating, he made our stay comfortable. He gave us suggestions in regards to our sapa trip. He is a lovely guy. Easy to talk to, very approacheable.
Emily helped us with information about Hanoi tour & services. Find her if you need tour services.
Emma works in dining area, she took care of what we need in dining area. She's got initiative with that we need.
Hoang & Son in the rooftop bar, were lovely to chat. They are polite and hospitable.
