Perfect location
Coffee machine is a great idea but it was out of coffee and water the majority of time I was there.
Trevlift hotel, mycket centralt! Personalen var inte på plats, men kunde kontaktas över whatsapp där man fick snabbt svar, och ev. problem åtgärdades snabbt.

Very clean and maintained property. Comfortable bd peaceful and very beautiful inside. Very much like what you see in the picture.
The Arts Hotel is terrific! It's a great location: on the edge but not in the middle of the pedestrianized part of David Aghmashenebeli Av with its many restaurants and tourist conviviality. There's a major bus stop and a small grocery store right around the corner. It's an easy walk over the bridge to museums, Old Tbilisi and a big Carrefour supermarket. Walk up the hill and in 15 minutes you can eat at the Fabrika in Chugureti. Our room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated - and everything worked! There was plentiful coffee, tea, fruit and snacks in the shared breakfast room along with a microwave, refrigerator and a sort of mini oven. We loved the housekeeper Pikria - she was there every day and helped us in so many ways. The hotel is self-check-in but when we messed up and didn't read the check-in instructions, we called and a very kind person immediately opened the door for us and stayed on the line until we got our key and found our room. I wish every hotel was like the Arts Hotel.
The facilities, The Staff
Spacious and comfortable room and double doors for the windows, so it was very quiet. It had a water tap with filtered water in the common area. Would recommend.
Amazing location, clean, easy self check in.
This was our second time staying at Arts Hotel by Square. We love the thoughtful helpfulness of the team, morning coffee and people watching on our balcony, the fresh water and coffee, and beautiful interior.

Great location, close to the bridge and a whole pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants; there are some shops around. The staff is friendly (saw someone at the time of the checkout) - if you plan to pay in cash, they might not have the change so better prepare in advance the exact sum
Free tea, coffee and water + fridge in the common area.
There is no shower door or curtain in the bathroom (see photos) so one might flood the floor and it gets very slippery
If you need anything during your stay, it might be problematic:
- no chance to get extra hangers (only 2-3 provided) and/or towels (for the flooded bathroom) as there is no one at the property (the hotel team offered to bring those items in the evening but never specified what time)
- ironing board is hard to use - there is new thick blanket type cover on it
- there was a stain on my bed sheet when I arrived
- plates and cups in the common area had stains
It says in the description that there is no elevator, be prepared to climb lots of stairs - not recommended if you have bulky luggage
UPD: the hotel team reached out after my review and made sure they understood what went wrong, apologized for the hangers/towels and promised that they would change the ironing board soon and really cared for the feedback and took reviews seriously. That really feels good and I'd actually recommend this place as people are eager and change things that might not work at first.
