I have nothing positive to say.
The rooms are in a disastrous condition. We stayed specifically in room number 13, and I will describe the situation we found upon arrival: mold on the wall above the bed, windows facing the backyards of private houses, a broken window on the left side next to the bed letting cold air in, the heating is turned off during the night (we had to go out and buy our own blankets to keep warm), and there was no hot water (hot water would run for a few seconds and then immediately turn cold; we even let it run as instructed so the hot water could come, but nothing worked).
We arrived for New Year’s Eve, barely managed to spend the night, and left the very next day. Terrible experience! Do not stay here under any circumstances! It’s not worth even the smallest amount of money!

the mattress on the bed was really thin and inhuman at all, the toilet was weird and dirty

A filthy place with a foul smell. Everything in it is extremely old and unfit to host anyone—honestly, it is unfit for human dignity.
There is not even any privacy: one of the staff members barged into our room in the morning while we were asleep, just to tell us that they would clean the room before eleven.
In addition, there is a window that does not close—an almost legendary window—so you are exposed to the sun as soon as dawn breaks.

Personel at reception were helpful if needed something
Dirty rooms - Bed sheets smell by smoke and are dirty, walls are dirty, floor is semi-clean, cigarette smoke in rooms and everywhere (there is so much smoke you wont be able to breath whole night because people smoking secretly in bathrooms and toilets even its forbidden), dirty bathrooms and a lot of water from shower around whole bathroom, not privacy in rooms - glass doors with hearing every sound from outside of room
The staff were very friendly and helpful I would like to stay again

Lábszag az egész folyosón, közös fürdőszobában cigi szag volt,, az erkezesem és az reggeli eltavozas után, nem adták vissza az igazolványokat,, tehát ottmaradt. Hideg volt a szobában, az ablakon keresztül/be volt zárva/jött a hideg. Borzalom

Nem tetszett a szoba ,mert nem volt rendesen ki takaritva se a zuhany se a csap és a wc sem ,a távirányító nem működött a tvhez kettőből egy sem ,a két szomszédos szobákban hajnalig kiabálás hangoskodás,csörömpölés,minden is volt ,aludni egyszerűen nem lehetett ,nyugalom csend pihenés teljesen ki volt zárva ,az egyik szobában lévő vendég konkrétan meg fenyegetett hogy ne tegyük ki a lábunk a folyosóra este 20:00-kor , mondván altatni akarja a gyereket és hogy fogjunk magunkat és menjünk aludni,az este folyamán többször megfenyegett ,holott mi is vendégek voltunk ,pihenésre vágytunk és ugyanúgy ki fizettük a szállást mint bárki más... Életemben nem voltam ilyen helyen ,és köszönöm de ide többet a lábunkat nem tesszük be .
