Our experience at the hotel was disappointing from the very beginning. We arrived at the official check-in time after approximately 3 hours of driving, hoping to finally rest and relax, but the first room we were given was not ready. We were then shown a second room, which was also unavailable at that moment, leaving us waiting without clear information about when a proper room would actually be ready.

As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel temporarily and go to a restaurant, something we had not planned, simply because there was no ready room available upon our arrival.

Unfortunately, the issues continued later on, as when we attempted to use the shower, we discovered that the shower hose was damaged and leaking water everywhere, making the bathroom difficult to use properly.

In addition, the breakfast was quite underwhelming and did not meet our expectations in terms of quality and variety.

The staff was polite and tried to help, but overall the experience did not meet our expectations or the basic standards that a hotel should provide.

Pros:

Konum olarak çok güzel. Havuz temiz ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Havuz başına restorantdan sipariş verdik . Pizza söyledik ancak pizzanın lezzeti yoktu. Kahvaltısı çok iyi değildi. Yemekler dışında herşey iyiydi.

Clean, comfortable and convenient with kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful view of the mountains from the room. Smooth floors with few trip hazards. Nice shower and bathroom layout. Comfortable large bed and plenty of space in the room. Great breakfast available. Spa was outstanding!

Cons:

I would have liked a reading light next to the bed. As it was I moved the standing lamp to be next to the bed so I could read - otherwise it’s too dark as the bedside lamps aren’t bright enough for reading conventional material - ie. not on a screen.
