Decepción por hotel. Medioambiente un paraíso
Pros:

Check in valor cobrado mayor al entregado en reserva. Se solicito devolución del excedente
En cena platos ofertados no todos estaban disponibles.
Carnes a punto o inglesa se cocinaron y sirvieron totalmente cocidos.
Tour a lago Frías se indicó salidas 10,30 hrs salida real 12,50 hrs

Beautiful setting with amazing views. We had a corner room with great view. Great views from restaurant & lounge area as well.
Only complaint is that the free wifi is really bad.

Excelente lugar para desconectarse en familia

Lo único malo es qué hay que pagar por el estacionamiento ya que dejas el automóvil antes de subir al catamaran

Lo mejor es la tranquilidad y el personal (siempre antentos independiente la cantidad de huéspedes)

El hotel no ofrece la posibilidad de utilizar una ducha y camarín para poder realizar actividades después del check out, 11 am, el catamarán regresa a las 18:00 horas!

Peulla es un lugar mágico, alejado absolutamente de la vida citadina. Ya iniciar el viaje invita a la desconexión, navegando el lago de Todos los Santos alrededor de 1 hora y 40 minutos.
El entorno rodeado de montañas y el hotel en perfecta armonía con el paisaje, hacen disfrutar de lo acogedor del sur chileno en cualquier época del año.

La disposición crea el viaje, Junto a mi esposa lo encontramos increíble, paisajes hermosos que no se cansan de ver, la atención muy buena, muy limpio, las estrellas por la noche se ven majestuosas. Los Tour valen completamente la pena.
Para los que no conocen, no se puede llegar en auto, el cual se deja en Petrohue, se toma una motonave que tarde 1:50 horas y cuesta $28.000 pp ida y vuelta. el hotel esta a 800 metros del puerto de Peulla.
