3rd time at these apartments All clean an tidied regularly
Good location for beach and local amenities
Only downside ... for me It's very noise around 8/9 a m With coach pickets and generally staff arriving in complex

Great location, room basic but clean and comfortable- just what we booked and wanted. The swimming pool was not open. Check-in quite stressful, had to call the hotel on arrival to Tenerife as we hadn’t been sent a code to access the apartments. We were thankful for early check-in but this did cost extra €30 on arrival. Overall we would stay again for a short break but would advise double checking with the provider for check-in details prior to arrival.
The view from the balcony was lovely looking over the harbour, very close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Never stayed anywhere before when you can’t even talk to any staff

Mattress needs changing stains and marks on it and bit several times
No air conditioning just fans which are useless sweating all night

Property did everything we needed it to, comfy beds lovely balcony overlooking the harbour. It didn't have an oven, but it appears that is the norm for the area and very few apartments do. It was very warm and the fans attached to the wall/ceiling had minimal effect. ac units can be hired and if I stay here again (which I would be happy to) I would hire one. The pool is very deep and needs a refurb but is clean and a nice temperature. The hot tub on the side is a great addition, clean and warm.

As there is no reception and you receive an Access Code to enter - I emailed up to 13.00 and got the information at 14.42 - Check in was 15.00 so was getting a little worried !

The location is excellent, right opposite the Puerto Colon. The apartment was very spacious, all rooms quite big and the terrace was nice outside too and the grounds are really nice and well maintained..
There were Fans in Bedroom and Sitting Room area.
Furniture needs to be updated though - Nice stay all the same

Good value for money, central location, friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect spot for watching the boats and plenty of food and drink choices.

very clean apartment very good place to stay not far to bars and beach but no one speaks english so can not speak to any one if you have problem no were to freshen up if you have a late flight had to hang about all day good job it was not raining

Great place to stay. Clean and very close to everything!

Apartment's are in a good location beside the port. However it was down from very steep hills. Stayed 7 nights & was cleaned every day. Nice pool & the jacuzzi was wonderful. WiFi reception was excellent. No problem using code for access.

It was a nice quiet clean property in a busy area. There were plenty of good restaurants and small beach area within walking distance.

Apartment is in an excellent position in the marina area and right by the beach, It is very quiet through the day and night, Apartment was clean and tidy and i will definitely stay there again
