עשינו שם גם כביסה ועלה זול

Das Hotel hätte Potenzial!

Cons:

Ich hatte extra ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht, der Pool funktionierte nicht! Mein Zimmer war von Ameisen befallen, das Zimmer wurde gewechselt, aber auch dort gab es Ameisen! Die Klimageräte waren an der Wand meines Zimmers angebracht, daher brummte es 24H durch die Wand! Schlafen nur mit Ohropax 😤😤

Худший приём в жизни! Грубость, насмешки и вымогательство.

Хотим предупредить будущих гостей о недопустимом обращении в этом отеле. Наш опыт был ужасен с самой первой минуты.

Мы прибыли в отель около 5:00 утра и вежливо попросили администратора разрешить нам подождать в холле до наступления утра. Вместо понимания мы столкнулись с откровенной грубостью. Администратор практически выгнал нас под проливной дождь, несмотря на тёмное время суток.

Понимая, что у нас нет выбора, мы были вынуждены согласиться на его условия и взять гостевую комнату за сумму, которая превышала стоимость двухдневного проживания в этом отеле! Это откровенное вымогательство.

Однако самое унизительное было впереди. На следующий день этот же администратор при каждом нашем появлении открыто ухмылялся и сплетничал с коллегами, глядя в нашу сторону. Это вызывающее, непрофессиональное и оскорбительное поведение оставило самый тяжёлый осадок.

Никому не рекомендуем этот отель. Никакой комфорт не стоит испорченного настроения и унизительного отношения. Мы никогда больше сюда не вернёмся.

Pros:

they said i cant use the kitchen since smoke will come,, the reason i booked this room was to cook myself. i also had a insect like Centipede in my bathtub,, which was scary ,, as i was on the 8th floor. not sure how it came,, may be due to the poor sanitazion.

Cons:

reception couldn't communicate and response was bad.

Pros:

기대이상으로 편안하고 즐거웠다
테라스있어서 흡연이 쉬웠고
침대도 수준급에 약속대로 매일 청소해주고 타올 교체해주는데 벳남호텔이 잘안지켜지는게 다번사인점을 감안하면 훌륭하다
또 대로변과 한블럭 뒤라서 접근성좋으면서도 소음이 없어 쾌적했다
다음에도 다시 묵고싶다

첫날 하수구 냄새가 나서 개선을 요구했지만 기대했던대로 trouble shooting은 기대이하 ㅠ
이후 심각하면 방을 교체하려했지만 full book이라서 그대로 있을수 밖에 없었는데 조금 추워도 에어컨을 유지하니 그런대로 버틸만했다
조식은 그닥 기대하면 안될듯
3성급에서 기대하는건 무리지요
그래도 없는것보단 낳지요 ㅎ

實際房間與照片不符，房間空間小、燈光暗、設施老舊，重點是很不乾淨！房間到處都是螞蟻，床單有污漬、住了四晚也都沒有換，浴室很多角落都發霉。浴室水壓不夠，很常沒有熱水，洗髮精也很不好用，第二天我們自己去超商買瓶新的洗髮精。窗戶外是另一棟靠很近的建築，窗簾基本上無法拉開。早餐也蠻失望的，選項很少沒什麼變化，有些也不太新鮮，員工態度不佳，一副愛理不理。
