Overall, we liked the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the middle of Yerevan which makes it stand out. The interior is lovely. We liked the breakfasts. The staff is really helpful.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed wasn’t comfortable enough. And there was no ironing board.

Location is perfect
Pros:

Receptionist is very helpful and entertaining us well and he is very speak english trying his best amd well appreciated.

Cons:

The properties location is perfect place for a tourist very close to any needs restaurants and touriat spots in city center. Rooms were fine but the bed needs to be change as if not confortable anymore to relax after whole days tour.

It doesn't worth the price.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Staff was rude and unable to solve any requirement. Pictures didn't reflect the reality. Room without windows - without any information. The toilet was horrible, tiny, without space for the shower. The floor was loose.
Even after contacting Booking directly no solutions were given to this situation.

Loudly due to work in progress until night / Great location.
Pros:

Unfriendly staff. Work in progress every evening until 1am or more. It seems they are reconstructing the next room and working so loudly. Impossible to sleep and the staff doesn't care. No payment by card, only cash when you arrive, no help in any way. The only positive things were the breakfast and the breakfast woman, and the perfect location in the centre.

Will definitely comeback if I had a chance

The staffs (Grant, Zara, Suren, and Nur) are nice and very accommodating.

Pros:

Room was cold as f, no window, no soundproof, you hear every message piiping from reception and since one of staff member live there there wanst any peace. For 5 night stay they didint clean room not even once, no emptying trash, no bringing more toiletpaper... sheet was too small for bed and it was disgusting to try to stay in that and not in mattres. they didint have money give back from your payment, they didint give recipe and after my trip they change price of my stay! Total scam, keep far from this place!

Disappointing
Pros:

the room has no window. Air-condition works all the night in heating mode (in February itbis cold in Armenia) so it was not comfortable Location is excellent in the center.
