Pros:

Great location in the old town, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable bed. Smartly decorated.

Cons:

The room was very dark, the lights didn't go bright enough.

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados a principios de marzo y las temperaturas eran un poco bajas, el problema es que en las habitaciones y el baño no tienen calefacción , sólo aire acondicionado frío, y tuvimos que pedir unas mantas ya que hacía bastante fresco.
El personal me comentó que estas temperaturas no son habituales en Canarias y que por eso no tienen calefacción.

Great stay in centre of Las Palmas
Pros:

Spacious room with high ceilings, spotlessly clean, great shower and super comfortable bed. Nice coffee/tea making facilities in room and welcome drink given at the rooftop terrace bar was a lovely touch. Staff were without fail helpful and friendly and you are just a short stroll away from the main street and also plenty of bars/restaurants around.

Cons:

Room could feel a little dark in the daytime, but not a huge issue.

Recomendable y volveremos 100%
Pros:

Ubicación super increíble en el centro histórico con muchos comercios, restaurantes, cafeterías muy muy buenos en la zona cercano. El hotel muy limpio y bien mantenido, ducha amplia, buena calidad de sabanas y toallas. Parking cerca, hotel tiene acuerdo con San Bernardo por lo que beneficias de este acuerdo siendo cliente del hotel y el precio es un poco mas económico. Muy amble y atentos.

Cons:

Hecho en falta un albornoz, el desayuno es algo flojo y limitado por el mismo rango de precio he tenido mejores desayunos aunque los del servicio muy amable y dispuestos. De nuevo muy limpio y ordenado pero si que le falta algo mas al desayuno.
