Très cher pour la qualité du séjour
Pros:

Son emplacement central
La jeune femme à la réception très proactive et aimable

Cons:

L’inconfort de la chambre - suite dont le mur jouxtant le lit est mitoyen de la cage d’ascenseur , ascenseur qui est bruyant lors de ses montées/ descentes.
La vue sur le parking non précisée lors de la réservation
Le petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus
L’ambiance triste de l’hôtel en général

La chambre est très confortable. Le mobilier est de bonne qualité. L’emplacement est très bien, proche de la vieille ville et du lac. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique.

Pros:

Logement très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, du lac et de la vieille ville.
Le personnel est très agréable, notamment le monsieur à la réception qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et que nous avons également revu plusieurs fois durant notre séjour ainsi qu’à notre départ. Il a été extrêmement sympathique et nous a donné de très bons conseils.

L’hôtel dispose également d’un parking, et si celui-ci est complet, plusieurs autres parkings se trouvent à proximité, ce qui est très pratique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et, lors de nos prochaines visites à Annecy, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet établissement.

Excellent Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

Beautiful room with comfy bed, quality bathroom fittings (Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe) and gorgeous L’Occitane toiletries. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Underground car parking (at additional cost). Minutes walk from the old town with its plethora of bars and restaurants and the beautiful river.

Cons:

Poor selection of in-room beverages. Disposable cups.
