Ótima Estadia para quem quer fazer tudo a pé
Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente. Próximo ao centro histórico, ao lago, ao comércio. É possível alugar bicicleta em loja próxima. Passear de barco, pedalinho. Tudo a pé. O café da manhã é ótimo, com várias opções. O quarto é grande, mas a vista é para um estacionamento aberto.

Cons:

Há uma questão para quem chega de carro, e utiliza o google: você não consegue chegar ao Hotel, porque passa por uma rua que o trânsito apenas é permitido para ônibus. Tive que estacionar o carro em um estacionamento público e ir a pé para o Hotel para saber como chegar lá. Fui orientado para utilizar o waze. Dei uma volta de mais de 2 km para chegar. Outro ponto é a entrada do estacionamento: é bem estreita para um SUV, dá a impressão que não passa. Mas consegui com muito cuidado (era um Sportage-Kia). Mas quando você passa, o estacionamento é satisfatório e seguro.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, accueillant et disponible. La chambre était confortable, très propre et bien équipée. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Außergewöhnlich nette Mitarbeiter, alles sehr sauber und natürlich die Lage unweit des Lac d'Annecy und der Altstadt.

Cons:

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber etwas überteuert und in den umliegenden Cafès im Preisvergleich besser zu haben.

Ottimo albergo per visitare Annecy.
Pros:

La suite 60 è molto spaziosa e ben organizzata. L'hotel si trova in un posizione ideale per visitare la città, vicinissimo alla città vecchia; è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione.

Cons:

MIgliorerei la colazione, un po' scarsa.

Whilst the position in the centre of Annecy, there is a significant trade-off with the constant noise from traffic and deliveries throughout the day/night and particularly from early in the morning. It is also worth noting that despite feedback in the review comments of the challenge with locating the hotel via road (using any of the travel apps inc Waze), no mention of the difficulty is made to guests in advance of checking-in and how to avoid it.

Perfect stay for Annecy
Pros:

Hotel room was clean, comfortable, and very very spacious! Perfect location - 5 minute walk to the Annecy train station, and under 10 minute walk to Jardins de l’Europe and the old town. Reception was friendly and spoke English perfectly. 10/10 I’d absolutely stay again!
