Perfect location for exploring the area and great value for money
Pros:

The Sharon Hotel was perfect for a one-week stay in Da Nang. It’s located more or less on the border of the Son Tra North and My An Central areas, just a short 6–7 minute walk from the beach.

There are plenty of shops and bars right on the doorstep, with many more within easy walking distance. There’s even an on-site laundry downstairs.

I stayed in a King Studio with City View on the 4th floor. It was very spacious for two people, even though I was travelling alone. I particularly liked the full-size fridge freezer, which kept everything ice cold, unlike the smaller fridges I’d experienced in some other hotels in Vietnam.

It was pretty quiet during the week, with a bit of live music at the weekend, but even that generally finished around 10:30–11:00 pm, so noise didn’t stop me sleeping.

Reception provided a WhatsApp number, which made it easy to arrange room cleaning whenever I wanted. They were also very helpful in providing a late checkout at no extra charge.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great-value stay in this area.

Alles ganz gut und okey aber es mangelt an Sauberkeit an gewissen Ecken sowie den Materialien

Man wollte das ich für ein Handtuch zahle was ganz normale Verschmutzung hatte. Ich hab in meinem Aufenthalt nicht einmal neue Handtücher bekommen. Das Handtuch was ich zahlen sollte hatte ich fürs duschen auf dem Boden gelegt da man mir nach dem ersten Mal sauber machen kein Dusch Boden Tuch mehr gegeben hat. Ich laufe mit sauberen Füßen durch die Unterkunft sobald ich rein komme wasche ich diese und der Fakt das das Handtuch dreckig war zeigt mir das nicht wichtig sauber gemacht wird. Man sieht überall Staub und dreck. Ich hatte am Tag der Abreise sogar eine Schabe im Zimmer. Gegenüber war eine Baustelle die recht laut war…. Ist okey gewesen für mich aber wer seine Ruhe will findet sie hier nicht. Nach dem erklären der Situation zu dem Handtuch meinte sie dann okey ich brauche es nicht zahlen… dennoch Sauberkeit an den kleinen Ecken sollte man machen. Der Boden wurde beim aufräumen auch gewischt aber ich weis nicht er war dennoch dreckig. Das Fett hatte Flecken.

Good location but facilities of the room are not great
Pros:

Property is in a good location, close to shops and beach. Staff a friendly and helpful. Clothes washing is provided for an extra charge. The AC in our room did not work so the staff were kind enough to change to another room.

Cons:

House cleaning is not done well and the rooms are given dirty, dusty or wish rubbish. The hot water only worked for a couple minutes unfortunately. The toilet and bathroom door layout is poorly designed. You can close the bathroom door or close the toilet door, not both at the same time as they share the same door which is very weird.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war leider Schimmel an der Decke. Mit konnte mir kein anderes Zimmer gegeben werden, da es das einzig verfügbare Zimmer war. Es kamen dann am zweiten Tag "Handwerker", die über den Schimmel gestrichen haben. Eine rein kosmetische Lösung.
Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hätte besser sein können. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es vergleichbare Einrichtungen zu deutlich besseren Preisen.
