Страхотен хотел, чист и уютен, препоръчвам!
Pros:

Много чист и уютен хотел, разположен в тиха улица с безплатен паркинг точно срещу входа на хотела(20м), в близост има голям хранителен магазин, няколко вкусни заведения.В стаята имаше хладилник, пералня, котлон, доста голяма стая и чиста. На 20м от хотела има много хубав магазин за кафе.

Locatie foarte buna, camera confortabila, parcarea este un mare plus!
La parter exista un restaurant foarte bun, care nu apartine de hotel, dar are preparate foarte bune. Din pacate micul dejun se serveste doar dupa ora 9.15 cand majoritatea oamenilor de afaceri sunt plecati deja de la locatie.

Cons:

Usor miros neplacut in baie de la canalizare, sigur se poate remedia.

Comfortable, hassle free stay
Pros:

Great hotel, easy self check in, spacious well equipped room, good sized balcony. Upon arrival, hotel is clean and well kept and so was the apartment. Bed very comfortable.
Coffee was good, restaurant had good food and drinks with very welcoming staff, will return here again.

Cons:

Some extra pillows would be good

A good place to stay
Pros:

The studio apartment was large and clean
The location was close to a big supermarket and some good places to eat, you can walk to old town in about 30 mins. Try Suento on the next street it’s really good and the pizza place next door is fab but you can only order online!
Staff were usually pretty responsive and, when we met them, friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The apartment lacked some basics that were needed - enough cups and glasses for two people, towels and shower gel. Although staff were usually responsive we felt you should not need to ask for basics like towels and enough cups or for toilet rolls. To apologise Flavia did bring us a bottle of Romanian sparkling wine.
There is plenty of info on how to check in and none at all on checking out, we could not access the luggage room and could not get a response to messages so had to take our bags into town which wasn’t ideal at all.
Also someone had smoked in the room before us so there was a bad smell and the smoke alarm was covered with foil which is not safe. Staff should really notice things like this and address them between guests.
We would have scored much higher had it not been for these things!
