Завтрак и расположение отличное!

Cons:

Не понравилось что девушка на завтраке не владеет информацией сколько человек в каком номере, я назвала номер, она отметила у себя и разрешила войти. Как только мы начали ложить еду в тарелки, она побежала за нами с криками что у нас один завтрак бесплатный. Во-первых, какой он бесплатный? Он включен в стоимость номера! Во-вторых, бронь была сделана на два человека, соответственно входят два завтрака. Это ведь элементарно! Пришлось с тарелками в руках стоять и ждать пока сотрудница выяснит действительно ли у нас два завтрака. Далее она даже не извинилась, ушла за свою стойку работать. Осталось негативное впечатление о пребывании.

шум окон. они "стучат". я не знаю как это объяснить, но мне до этого нигде такого не встречалось и это очень сильно мешает спать.

Pros:

Самый лучший отель в Атырау, все чисто, уютно. Мы взяли номер с балконом и с видом на реку. Ну вообще шикарный вид. На ресепшены мальчики и девочки все вежливые. Вообще персонал отличный. Завтрак очень вкусный. Спасибо огромное.
