An absolutely incredible hotel. Large room, top floor with cityscape view. Water dispenser on the floor for fresh water whenever needed. Very clean, modern bathroom. Impressive and comfortable. Very well positioned for all visits in Osaka. Absolutely amazing hotel.
Nothing. It was one of the if not the best hotel we stayed at.
De ruime lobby waar je kunt zitten en een gratis drankje kunt nemen. Niet alle hotels bieden dit aan.
De bedden zijn erg goed, maar ik had een zachter kussen nodig. Die hebben ze niet ( toch niet erg).

Close to Doutonbori Street, train station. Complimentary drinks station,.washing facilities all close. Staff helpful & friendly. Room a decent size for Japan. Would stay here again.

Very small room if you have more than 1 suitcase, far from the city center, there is no room service, the bidet had a sewage smell (so I didn’t use), and my husband’s gripe was that there was only one nightstand. The other side of the bed is flush to the wall so he had to plug in everything on my side of the bed, which sounds ok but inconvenient if you want to keep your phone and charge it or have water by you.
Compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in Japan, this was the smallest and least convenient hotel. When we asked to upgrade to a bigger room, there were no available rooms until our last night and even then, it was only a few feet larger. We were here for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip, and provided a little, impersonal note in our room, whereas other hotels in similar price range has given cute little Japanese bags, chopsticks, champagne, etc and acknowledged such upon check in. Not a big deal but indicative of the service you will receive. The bare minimum.
Chambre bien aménagée, spacieuse et très bien équipée (petit canapé + table, serviettes, produits skin care, sèche-cheveux, lisseur). Grande douche et baignoire. Les lits étaient super confortables !
Vue très sympa sur Osaka, surtout le soir !
L’hôtel est bien situé, près d’une station de métro.

Everything was perfect. The location for us worked so well, it felt like we stayed in a cosy neighbourhood and within 20 mins walk, we were in the heart of everything. The hotel itself is immaculate, all the small details are thought about in your room and the complimentary beverage area for tea/coffee/soft drinks in the reception was always appreciated. They accomodated us with adaptors, umberellas, an iron and anything else we needed. I would 100% stay here again without a doubt!!
