Location and the quality of the room. It is quite small but it okay
Bij inchecken : bijzondere attente medewerkster waardoor we iets eerder konden inchecken ( wat we ten zeerste konden appreciëren na de vermoeiende reis.Mooie kamer en en leuk dat de ganse dag koffie en frisdrank gratis beschikbaar is in de lounge.
Helemaal niets : beste hotel van onze reis. Ik zou hier zeker opnieuw boeken
There’re was free water in the hallway so you wouldn’t have to go to the convenience store (even though that was across the street). Also the location was good! The train station was nearby which could take you to the busy part.

Le petit déjeuner, j’avais pris le petit déjeuner pour 5 jours, pour deux ont y est allé qu’une seul fois ont as payé pour rien. Car c’est un petit déjeuner chinois et non japonais.

В отеле мы забронировали 2 номера, как мы и просили, они оказались рядом на этаже. Очень любезный и вежливый работник встретил нас, дал исчерпывающие ответы на наши вопросы. Все прошло быстро и профессионально по заселению нас в номера. В номерах очень чисто, уютно. В ванной комнате отличное наполнение туалетными принадлежностями. Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак, который давал нам с утра заряд повышенной энергии, особенно восхитили разнообразные десерты. Отель находится очень близко от станции метро и до любых достопримечательностей добраться из него очень удобно. Мы даже прогулялись пешком до Osaka Castle. Рядом с отелем супермаркет, а также достаточно много ресторанчиков для ужина. Мы будем рекомендовать этот отель.

The hospitality was simply amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel has great facility, a smoking room, self service soft drinks for free, alcohol at lobby for purchase, laundromat, water dispensers on each floors, pants presser and ironing stuff for rent on each floors available (free). Check in and check out was simple and no hassle. Luggage storage room also available self serviced. We want to thank the whole Miyako City Hotel staff for making our stay memorable 🫶
