Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, gratis koffie/thee en frisdrank in de lobby. En goede locatie, shinsaibashi en dotonbori zijn op loopafstand (15 a 20 min lopen). Oh en het ontbijt was echt verrassend goed en gevarieerd!
De kamer was aan de kleine kant, maar daar had ik zelf niet genoeg op gelet bij het boeken.

Location was great, we were able to easily explore Osaka and there were enough nearby stores for anything we needed (supermarket, convinience stores, coffee). The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were super (particularly liked the drinks & ice we could get at any time).

I think my favorite part of this hotel was the bathroom; I had the most relaxing soak in the bathtub provided. We were provided some bath salts and it made the experience so relaxing. It helped tremendously since I was super sick with the flu during our stay. The beds were also super comfortable, I liked the pillows a lot. I also loved how close it was to the train station. It was also a leisurely walk to the popular neighborhoods (at least 10-15 mins).
My least favorite part was where we stored our luggage prior to check in. While I thought having a place to store luggage was great and there were individual locks for baggage, it was not as secure as I'd like since the door to the room is wide open and anyone can enter.
Loved the location. Was super clean. Large room, including large bathroom. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Self-serve facilities such as coffee and tea were convenient and needed at times. Close to the metro line and not too far from dontonburi.

Our favorite hotel where we stayed for 5 nights! We loved the amenities like the free drink options which i believe is between 7am- 10pm with a great spacious area to hangout in! There is also free water fill ups where you can fill up your water bottles on each floor which makes such a difference. Staff customer service was amazing and always helpful! :D Location was amazing! There is so many places around the area where we didn't even get to explore and train stations just a 5-10 minute walk depending where youre going and a 20minute walk to Dotonbori area! The Room was spacey with a great sized bathroom and balcony. We also had Chromecast in our twin room TV which was so good when we had an early night in we could connect movies from our phone to the TV easily.
