A magnificent hotel. We had a room on a high floor, very spacious, with an amazing bathroom where you could enjoy spa-like treatments. I was also pleased with the small spa cosmetics set provided by the hotel.
In short, after walking many kilometers around Osaka, it was a pleasure to return to such a hotel. The bed was very comfortable.
We didn’t have breakfast there, so I can’t comment on that.
Personally, I found the location excellent, as it was equally easy to walk to both Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. It was also easy to get around, as the metro station is close by. Of course, this comment may not apply to people traveling with a lot of luggage. The metro rarely has escalators, so the best solution is to send your luggage to the next city separately. By the way, the reception staff helped us arrange luggage forwarding and it was very easy.
Everything was excellent. The only thing I would note is that we tried to do laundry and the hotel lets you check online which machines are available, which is convenient. Unfortunately, not all guests collect their clothes on time, so the machines end up blocked. As a result, we still couldn’t manage to do our laundry within two hours.

Everything was great
Excellent location, within walking distance of the main areas but away from the hustle and bustle. Room was very spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly.

Super belle hotel, très propre, lits hyper confortable, belle grande douche et bien équipé.
Le seul bémol, c'est qu'on ne peut pas manger au lobby, ou il y a plein de tables.
On allait s'acheter a grignoter en face, et il fallait aller manger dans notre chambre.
