Hôtel très accueillant
Pros:

Notre chambre était dans les standards habituels du japon.
Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c'est la qualité du petit-déjeuner avec un réapprovisionnement régulier.
Le onsen est très propre et possède aussi un petit hammam.
L'hôtel propose gratuitement l'après-midi du thé, café et donuts. Le soir de 17h30 à 21h00, ils proposent des boissons alcoolisée ou non, avec des petits snacks, le tout gratuitement. Nous n'avions jamais eu cela dans aucun autre hôtel.

Cons:

A 10' d'une station de métro mais vu qu'on marche beaucoup au Japon, ce n'était pas un souci pour nous.

The hotel is beyond my expectations, very comfortable
Pros:

The staff is very helpful and polite, the free onsen is above expectations, there was free tee, coffee, refreshments and drinks for hotel guest.

Pros:

Lounge-Zugang mit gratis Snacks und Getränken ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Cons:

Es kann zu Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück und abends sehr voll werden. Das Japanische Frühstück ist gut aber auch Geschmacksache. Laufweg zur nächsten U-Bahn Station ca. 10 Minuten.

Pros:

Loved this hotel. Perfect location, staff were lovely, rooms were clean. The happy hour and free drinks and snacks was great and the free toiletries were a great addition.

Cons:

Rooms were quite small but think that is across Japan. Laundry could do with some monitoring as people left there clothes in there for hours and had to wait for them to come back as machines locked.
