ラウンジ利用がめちゃめちゃお得感がありました。
施設も綺麗でスタッフさんの対応もいいし、大浴場、サウナがあるからゆったりお風呂にも入れました。

Unfortunately, the room was quite dusty, especially the curtains next to the bed. It was most noticeable at night when sleeping directly underneath them. Found myself coughing quite a bit in the room. However, other than that, everything else was wonderful.

O hotel é moderno e bem equipado. Os cocktails ao final da tarde são um excelente motivo para apreciar o hotel. Os quartos são pequenos mas bem equipados.

Cons:

O horário do onsen é demasiado restritivo. Não faz qualquer sentido. Os quartos são muito pequenos.

A great value stay in a central location.
Pros:

Excellent location- 10 min walk to central Osaka and main train station.
Afternoon tea, drinks and light snacks for happy hour - all FOC - very popular and a nice treat.
Delux 3 bed room was very spacious compared to other rooms in Japan, with separate loo and shower.
Lovely toiletries provided
Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, ac worked well and rooms were quiet.
