Caution demandée non restituée car départ matinal, pas d'eau chaude, bruyant à cause des clients, porte translucide en face d'un spot, climatisation impossible à régler...

Not well organized, unprofessional
Pros:

When I arrived, it was late at night and i called the numbers listed on the post box. the first number i called asked me to call the second number instead. that was quite unprofessional. He should have called his colleague instead.

When we arrived at the room, the flish in the toilet was not working. We've informed them but the lady said that it was cause the previous guest just checked out, which was irrelevant to my problem. the flush should be working at all times regardless of what time the previous guests checked out.

Also, they did not make it clear on the agoda website that the Queen room did not have an attached bathroom. wished they were more transparent about their rooms

got a full refund for not staying.
