They didn’t have my booking even though I booked online. Check in took forever as a result
On checkout they didn’t have it still so I was held until they could reach Hotels.com by phone to confirm that I actually paid when I booked.
Seriously? That’s not the Hotels.com I’m used to.

Power keeps going out. You have to wait for generator to come on. Mosquitoes in the room. Didn’t clean my room the following day. I asked for towels and the housekeeper stick his foot in the door so I can’t close it. Says you can’t have 3 towels in the room. Had you placed the clean towels I wouldn’t have to ask. How rude! Never had that happened where the guy prevents me from shutting my door. I mean wait outside stupid! I kept getting bites in the bed and so did my girl. Also they didn’t clean the plates from the previous night. What’s happening? Where is the service?
