Struttura affascinante
Pros:

Bagno con bidet! E già ho detto tutto. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Centrale, struttura stile sovietico, annesso ristorante ispirato alle ferrovie con trenini che portano le bevande. Qualità del cibo buona e prezzi contenuti, come in tutta l'Armenia. Ottima esperienza.

Cons:

Piscina e sauna compresi nel prezzo ma chiudono alle 18. Di fatto inutilizzabile per la maggior parte dei turisti.

Amazing staff, centrally located and excellent value/experience.
Pros:

This was a fantastic stay! I arrived later in the evening so couldn't use the swimming facilities or sauna, but was probably too tired to anyway. The staff were the sincere highlight, particularly Narek, who was so kind, helpful, and accommodating in every way (Louise was also great as well as the other team members who were hardworking and always smiling). The hotel's amenities also include a good restaurant (with a train that delivers drinks to your table) as well as a late bar, and it was nice to have classical music played on the piano to listen to, while also having access to filtered water from the dispenser. The morning breakfast buffet was plentiful and you're greeted by the sweetest ladies. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel immensely for the genuine hospitality and experience from the amazing staff. Not to mention my solo room was quite fun with a loft bed to climb up to.

Отличный отель в центре города, с бассейном за умеренную плату
Pros:

Замечательное местоположение, в центре города, внутри холл чувствуешь себя в каком -то советском дворце или еще даже имперском. Несколько кулеров где можно взять воду горячую и холодную в Холле. Доступ к бассейну и сауне. Прямой ход не выходя на улицу в несколько ресторанов и баров, в одном паровозики привозят все что вы хотите, а в другом можно заказать еду на интерактивном меню на столе, в потом в ожидании заказа на столе поиграть же. Отзывчивый персонал. Ресепшен помогал во всем и поддерживал разговор. Отдельная благодарность Нареку.

Cons:

В целом ничего такого нет, чтобы не было в других отелях. Слышно что говорят в коридоре, это практически везде так, прохлада в номере, но это решается кондиционером в номере и ветродуйкой. Для номера эконом все классно, душ и туалет собственные, диван, кровать и телевизор. Единственный минус если у вас проблемы и нужен доступ у туалету или тяжело подниматься по лестнице. Нужно расчитывать свои силы. На второй ярус подъем по очень крутой лестнице. И второе на втором ярусе где спишь окошки ведущие в коридор и свет из него попадает в коридор. Даже когда выключено доходит свет из фойе, но это решается жалюзи или занавесками. Небольшое вложение, но существенно увеличит комфорт и позитивное настроение от клиентов.

Pros:

A great value for money option in Gyumri. Vintage style hotel, very warm and with very helpful personnel. Breakfast was great. Gyumri is a great city and the hotel is in the centre. Don't hesitate to walk around the city, even in the muddiest roads you will find.
