Cons:

В отеле было довольно шумно. Внутри была сауна, которая работала до 02:00. В это время там собиралось много парней, они включали громкую музыку и шумели. Музыка играла до 02:00 и очень сильно была слышна в моей комнате, из-за чего было невозможно нормально спать.

Кроме того, мебель в комнате была старой и повреждённой, некоторые предметы были даже сломаны. Из ванной комнаты исходил очень сильный запах сырости и неприятный запах.

В целом условия не соответствуют требованиям для спокойного и комфортного отдыха в отеле.

Pros:

Everyone from the front desk to the ladies who clean have amazing hospitality and customer service. Emmaculate establishment excellent location. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Many thanks to Markarida for making the hotel feel like home.

One night stay in Gyumri.
Pros:

Nice hotel in the centre of Gyumri. Quiet and peaceful at night. Stuff is very helpful and brekfast was surprisingly good. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Cons:

I would really appreciate a mini fridge in the room, especially in the hot months.

le petit déjeuner très bien, qualité et quantité,
De plus La dame présente très agréable et attentionnée

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception passable, sans sourire et vite agacé car je n'ai pas aimé ce qu'ils appellent le duplex....
Chambre 109 à éviter,
Le ménage journalier limite, même si le personnel d'étage est souriant

For this money it was ok

Cons:

Too small bathroom (I don’t know how person fatter than me fits there)
Curtains were broken and walls needs some renovation and painting
In the small table next to sofa food was left from previous customer
Room itself was next to public toilet, so I heard every time it was used
Better come to breakfast at 9, when it starts, because as I noticed, they don’t add food-if it is gone, it is gone. I came like 9.35 and no scrambled eggs, no pancakes.

posizione perfetta per visitare la città, parcheggio sotterraneo coperto gratuito molto comodo e staff che ci ha atteso anche se siamo arrivati tardi nella notte a causa di un problema con l'auto, colazione buona

Das Hotel hat offenbar schon bessere Tage gesehen.
Das fensterlose Einzelzimmer mit Hochbett war schon sehr spartanisch.

Pros:

The best location. Just park a car on parking, which they have, and you can walk all around.

For this price, on top of location, you can also have breakfast, swimming pool and sauna. I'll definitely stay here next time when i visit Gyumri again.

Cons:

I stayed in a budget room and hope it's just there, that toilet is tiny.
Also, the wals inside of the room, need to be painted. Probably they will do it until next season starts anyway 😊
