The staff was very polite, there is a restaurant which was lovely and the drinks are coming with a train, sooo funny 😊 the hotel is with a walking distance near to everything and the hotel is very clean. Thank you for the lovely stay. Really recommend the hotel 🙏😊

Очень удобное расположение, рядом площадь. Вкусный завтрак. Есть бассейн, сауна. В номере было чисто.

Juste une remarque pour les futurs clients, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc cela peut être compliqué d'accéder aux chambre à l'étage pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Чисто, но как и везде в Армении есть проблемы с водой( слабый напор).

Отзывчивый персонал, прекрасный сервис, отличный ресторан в этом же здании. Для проживающих в отеле скидка 10% на меню ресторана. Сауна и бассейн шикарный бонус за эту цену. И вишня на торте шведский стол на завтрак!
Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу отеля за невероятно теплый прием! Это не просто отель, а место, где действительно заботятся о гостях. Особенно хочу отметить чуткость сотрудников. Я прилетела поздней ночью и столкнулась с проблемой: не смогла обменять валюту, и у меня не было местных денег. Я очень переживала, но на ресепшене меня успокоили и сказали, что оплата не проблема — можно провести её утром или вообще в любое удобное для меня время. Это дорогого стоит! Такое понимание и доверие встречается редко.
Питание: Вкус просто божественный! Разнообразное меню, свежие продукты, завтраки и ужины — настоящее удовольствие.
Расположение: Супер удобное! Всё рядом, добираться легко, но при этом в номере тихо.
Чистота и уют: В номере идеально чисто, убираются очень старательно, создана атмосфера полного релакса. Я останавливалась на 7 дней и ни разу не пожалела. Все возникающие вопросы решались моментально. Огромное спасибо за этот отдых! Уже планирую вернуться сюда снова.
Отель очень хороший, удобный, чистый. Замечательный персонал, Местоположения супер.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, kleines gemütliches aber sauberes Pool, schöne Sauna zum entspannen, Bettwäsche, Tücher, Bad alles sehr sauber, Zimmerdecken hoch und hell. Alles was in der Beschreibung steht funktioniert . Wir kommen schon zwei Jahre hintereinander, werden nächstes Mal mit Sicherheit auch kommen . Können nur weiterempfehlen.
