For this money it was ok

Cons:

Too small bathroom (I don’t know how person fatter than me fits there)
Curtains were broken and walls needs some renovation and painting
In the small table next to sofa food was left from previous customer
Room itself was next to public toilet, so I heard every time it was used
Better come to breakfast at 9, when it starts, because as I noticed, they don’t add food-if it is gone, it is gone. I came like 9.35 and no scrambled eggs, no pancakes.

posizione perfetta per visitare la città, parcheggio sotterraneo coperto gratuito molto comodo e staff che ci ha atteso anche se siamo arrivati tardi nella notte a causa di un problema con l'auto, colazione buona

Pros:

The best location. Just park a car on parking, which they have, and you can walk all around.

For this price, on top of location, you can also have breakfast, swimming pool and sauna. I'll definitely stay here next time when i visit Gyumri again.

Cons:

I stayed in a budget room and hope it's just there, that toilet is tiny.
Also, the wals inside of the room, need to be painted. Probably they will do it until next season starts anyway 😊

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit gutem Standart aber heftigen Ausreissern.
Pros:

Der Hotelstandard war sehr gut. Für den günstigen Preis gab es eine saubere Sauna, sehr sauberes inhouse Schwimmbad mit 10 Meter Becken, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, präsenten Empfang, sehr zentrale Lage und ein kleines aber orgineles Zimmer mit vollständigem Miniatur Bad. Auch ein Garagenplatz lm Haus war enthalten. Super!

Cons:

Das positive Bild wurde getrübt durch eine vollständig durchgelegene Matratze mit einzeln hervorstechenden Federn. Zum Schluß hab ich mir meine eigene Thermarest Isomate geholt um Schlafen zu können. Ein absolutes "nogo"! Schade!

Very old and outdated hotel. No AC in the room. Reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast kitchen staff acted as if I’m a peasant begging for food.
