Pros:

Отличный отель в центре. Спокойно заселили пораньше. Номера чистые, в номере нет чайника, но на этаже есть кулер. Вкусный завтрак в формате шведский стол. Рекомендую.

Séjour très agréable malgré quelques détails à améliorer.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, calme et proche de tout.
Piscine + sauna super!
Accès au restaurant Gyumri Express sans passer par l'extérieur, et possibilité de se faire servir dans la chambre : super !
Service de ménage au top.

Cons:

Il manque des rampes au niveau des escaliers extérieurs et dans le hall pour les poussettes et fauteuils roulants.
Le personnel à l'accueil et la dame du petit-déjeuner pourraient être plus aimable.
Commencer le petit-déjeuner à 8:00 serait mieux pour les familles avec enfants (qui se lèvent tôt !). Prévoir de remettre un peu de tout sur le buffet du petit-déjeuner.

One of the best hotel in the area , free parking , clean and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Best location , main tourist attractions in a walking distance , lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by
Comfortable rooms , the staff in the reception is very helpful , good breakfast

Cons:

They didn’t provide tea and coffee setup which is very common in most of the hotels , no elevators

We enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and beautiful location.washrooms need renovation badly.
Pros:

Very convenient location in the city center. Friendly staff and decent breakfast options.

Cons:

Bathroom was very old, smelly and unpleasant. No lift or any time of arrangement for luggage

Pros:

В шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей. Сытный завтрак. Красивое здание. Рядом неповторимый пончик-мончик! В отеле ресторан, в котором поезд развозит напитки!

Cons:

Немного твёрдый матрас. Жаль, что сауна не работает по вечерам.
