Bad experience with this hotel
Cons:

Very disappointing stay.
Upon entering the room, I was shocked to see a large basin placed on the bed. When I looked up, I noticed there was a hole in the ceiling, stuffed with toilet paper. This is not something you expect to see in a room that is ready for guests, and it made us feel very uncomfortable.
In addition, the toilet in my family’s other room could not flush. We reported this to the front desk, but their response was that they had called someone to fix it and the person simply did not come. There was no proper follow-up or solution offered, which was extremely unprofessional.
Overall, the room facilities were in very poor condition, and the way the issue was handled by the front desk was disappointing. This was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Air cond need servicing, too dusty. The mattress gives me back pain. Need to change that too.
