Pros:

Muy mala experiencia!!

Llegamos por la tarde más o menos 6pm, al llegar quisimos comer algo en el hotel y NADA, el restaurante no atendía a esa hora.
Cuando nos entregaron habitación era una distinta a la que nos habían ofrecido.
Pedimos lo solucionarán y NADA, no lo hicieron, salimos a comer y al regreso más o menos a la MEDIA NOCHE, llegaron a tocar mi puerta para cobrar el valor de la habitación!! Pudiéndolo hacer al día siguiente o bien cobrar a travez de la aplicación si tenían desconfianza ahí están los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito.
Por lo que escuchamos varias personas tuvimos problemas, en la recepción no estaban enterados de las reservas.
El l control de la televisión no servía.... en fin muy mal servicio !!
Lamentable el lugar es precioso no es la primera vez que me hospedo ahi pero muy mala experiencia!!
