Bis auf das Frühstück und den unfreundlichen Herren an der Reception war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Zimmer geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig.
Man bekommt alles nur zugeteilt und geht hungrig vom Tisch.

Pros:

Tout était propre, emplacement bien pas loin du stade et d’une grande avenue, réception gentille et serviable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très rudimentaire, électricien qui rentre dans la chambre sans frapper, matelas de chambre d’étudiant donc mal au dos

Cons:

Při příjezdu jsme se nemohli domluvit s pánem, který byl na recepci. Uměl jen katalánský a pořád chtěl abychom se začekovali. Absolutně nebylo možné mu vysvětlit, že jsme si už check in udělali podle jejich pokynů doma a zaplatili pobyt. Dávali jsme mu potvrzující maily ale ty nám vrátil bez přečtení, že ho to nezajímá. Pořád ukazoval na QR kód. Bylo to o nervy. Co se týkalo pokoje, tak k vaření byste potřebovali mnohem více nádobí a matrace by už chtěli také vyměnit. Ale co bylo nejhorší, tak snídaně. Žádné pečivo, jen sušenky. Máslička tam sice byli ale nebylo je na co namazat. Takže jsme si pečivo nosili. Příbory umělé a ty nejslabší. Kafe do kelímku, které nedoplňovali, takže na čaj už nebyli. Žádný vajíčka, sýry a šunky což považujeme za standart nebyli. Personál neexistoval. Nebylo se na koho obrátit.

Disappointing

I was very disappointed with the way the staff handled a situation during my stay. After a long day, I was resting in my room when they called me because they had forgotten to charge the tourist tax at check-in. Since I didn’t recognize the phone number, I didn’t answer. Shortly after, they came to my room, knocked on the door, woke me up, and even shouted through the door that I needed to come downstairs to pay.

I understand that the tax needed to be paid, and I had no problem paying it. However, this was an error on their part during registration, and I don’t think it was appropriate to disturb a guest who was resting because of their mistake. It could easily have waited until the check-out process.

In addition to the rude handling of this situation, the building is currently under renovation. There was a lot of dust, the elevator was broken, and the room assigned to tourists felt like it was in a kind of basement area, far away from everything.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.
