Disappointing

I was very disappointed with the way the staff handled a situation during my stay. After a long day, I was resting in my room when they called me because they had forgotten to charge the tourist tax at check-in. Since I didn’t recognize the phone number, I didn’t answer. Shortly after, they came to my room, knocked on the door, woke me up, and even shouted through the door that I needed to come downstairs to pay.

I understand that the tax needed to be paid, and I had no problem paying it. However, this was an error on their part during registration, and I don’t think it was appropriate to disturb a guest who was resting because of their mistake. It could easily have waited until the check-out process.

In addition to the rude handling of this situation, the building is currently under renovation. There was a lot of dust, the elevator was broken, and the room assigned to tourists felt like it was in a kind of basement area, far away from everything.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.

W porządku, nie ma tragedii ale są też obszary do poprawy
Pros:

Korzystna lokalizacja, blisko przystanki autobusowe i stacje metra, na plus dostępność całą dobę i możliwość szybkiego meldunku (od 14) oraz dość późnego wykwaterowania (do 12)

Cons:

Śniadanie więcej niż słabe, brak szwedzkiego stołu i większego wyboru, jedzenie nakłada pani która mówi tylko po hiszpańsku więc turystom trudno się z nią dogadać, poza tym czystość w pokoju pozostawia trochę do życzenia, jest po prostu dość brudno, uczucie lekkiego syfu

Nice building and neighborhood with helpful staff to make your visit to Barcelona enjoyable.
Pros:

Ac blew cubes. Early 2000s decor took me back. I liked the pool. I liked the common area large windows that opened to the outside. Tranquil neighborhood. I liked the winding staircase. The breakfast, while sparse, got me off to a good start. Liked the cappuccino machine. The staff were nice.

Cons:

No cups in the room. Only one set of shampoo and soap for three days. A little more breakfast would be nice.

Pros:

I stayed for one night because I needed a place with a convenient location. Before that, I was staying nearby with a friend. The only real plus was that the room had air conditioning.

I’d recommend staying here only if you need a place for one night — not more than that.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The room wasn’t clean, and there was no soap to wash my hands. There were also no slippers — I’ll skip that part, but it added to the discomfort.

As for breakfast, I only took some bread and a cookie. Most of the food was cold and not tasty.
