Todo muy bien, el personal fue amable y resolvieron mis dudas, no tuve ningún inconveniente con instalaciones, reservación o ubicación, la alberca se veía en excelente estado, me agrado y me sirvió mucho!

I stay there for one night everything was good in till I had to take a shower no hot water I went to the office and told the staff she say leave the hot water running for 10 to 20 minutes. I did that nothing still no hot water I go down to the office again told her the something she goes and check. I want to see what the problem was she say there's no gas. So I decided to wait 11:30 am. still no hot water i didn't take a shower that why am giving poor review.
