I hope you can find a more polite employee
Pros:

I don't like anything in the hotel..

Cons:

Bad service.. an hour after arriving at the hotel, there was no staff at the front of the hotel…Your employees are also angry with us…the service of the employees is very bad.. the water was also slow.. the 1st and last check was here!!

Not satisfactory. No towels were provided. The room air conditioner was not working, making the room very hot, and the surroundings were very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The reception service at the counter was very poor, and the staff were not friendly. Not recommended to stay. SO BAD SERVICE!!👎🏻👎🏻

The place didn't provide Basic thing like shampoo and soap.
My suggestion if you didn't provide all this thing at least you can sell it at check in counter for convenience.

Pros:

The location is great. On the outskirts of Sibu but near supermarkets, food courts, restaurants etc. Free public parking.

Cons:

Facilities advertised were not provided - soap, shampoo, electric kettle, tv etc. The towels were not really clean. Only see one staff during my stay. Have to wait for her to finish housekeeping chores before i can check in. Not worth paying.
