Magnifique endroit encore améliorable
Pros:

La propriété alentours est magnifique. La tour et la cour intérieure ajoutent indéniablement à la magie du lieu. Nous avons en outre été surclassés dans une magnifique suite avec piscine privée avec en prime une bouteille de rosé de la propriété Fontenille. L'apéro falaises organisé par l'hôtel est à faire, l'endroit étant assez sympa (avec vin servi généreusement et plancha fromages/charcuteries ..). L'espace piscine est magnifique. Vaste parking.

Cons:

Manque d'attention de certains membres du personnel (erreurs commandes, réservations resto)
Le sol entre la piscine privée et la terrasse ne ressemble à rien (à l'état brut) et est jonché de cailloux. Un aménagement est nécessaire.
La restauration est bonne mais devrait être améliorée pour un établissement classé Relais et Châteaux et les amateurs de fruits de mer en seront pour leurs frais car durant nos 4 nuits, nous n'avons pas vu l'ombre d'un fruit de mer. Les suggestions devraient varier chaque jour.
Les plantations devraient être plus soignées à certains endroits et lorsque l'on dépasse le périmètre des habitations, c'est nettement moins soigné.

Wonderful place in Menorca
Pros:

From the moment we drove in we knew we’d love Torre Vella and every moment was better and better. The staff were so super nice and accommodating. The location was quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The area is close to beaches and seeing other areas of the island. We will definitely return next year as we loved our stay there.

Pros:

Мы были 3 ночи на Менорке, каждую ночь останавливаясь в разных отелях 5*. Этот отель был вторым по счету. Тут были самыми замечательными кровать с великолепным постельным бельем и просторная и удобная ванная комната, с хорошим светом! Был приятный подарок в виде бутылочки розового вина, а так же заселения прилично раньше положенного времени. Отель предлагает интересный ужин для гостей, недалеко в своем винограднике на улице накрываются столы, это было прекрасно! Большое спасибо за отдых!

Parfait ! Exceptionnel !
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! Lieu magiquement rénové et décoré, personnel très sympathique. Une magnifique expérience !

Cons:

Seul bémol, ne choisissez pas la chambre qui donne sur le patio intérieur. Cela peut être bruyant.
Pour autant, dans une démarche très professionnelle, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une autre chambre qui était parfaite !

Wonderful relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Just about Everything! A sublimely relaxing place with a wonderful feel to it, exceptionally comfortable room and terrace, lovely pool and very good food. The staff were relaxed, friendly and very attentive and the whole place was just a joy to wander around.

Cons:

Maybe slightly more variety and choice on the menus. We loved the Dinner in the Vineyard experience but the main course of BBQ’s pork was poor. The meat didn’t look or taste BBQ’d and the cut was thin and unappealing. The covers on the loungers by the pool were unpleasantly dirty

Pros:

Absolutely loved it here. I don’t write a lot of reviews but we had the most wonderful experience on the last night of our honeymoon, that staff was so lovely and accommodating and it was such a special experience all around. Perfect for a night to treat yourself and relax in a heavenly little getaway, thank you guys for making it such a memorable stay!

Excellent séjour dans un endroit magnifique! Inoubliable
Pros:

Le lieu est juste magnifique. Les chambres, la décoration, les expériences proposées.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé les repas très chers pour ce que c’était… 35€/personne x 3 pour un pique nique composé de 3 salades de pâte avec 2 paquets de chips et 2 abricots et une poignée de cerises… c’est un peu abusé. Idem pour les autres repas pris sur place.

Directeur de l’hôtel ne fait pas honneur à sa profession
Pros:

Mauvais très mauvais. Directeur pas professionnel

Cons:

Le traitement d’un no show ( force majeure) du fait de la grève des contrôleurs aériens français. Impossible de se faire rembourser ou de recevoir une facture de no show.

Pros:

The property is very walkable and quiet. There are paths that lead to the overlook with beautiful views of the sea and wildlife.
The property is a working farm with 1,000 olive trees.

The structures are beautifully remodeled with only a small number of individual units spread throughout the main building and casitas. There is a wonderful restaurant on the property serving wines from grapes grown on the property.

The property is centrally located on the Island, equidistant from two wonderful towns. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Ciutadella is a beautiful older city with small shops located throughout alley ways and the waterfront. Mahón has wonderful higher end stores.

We were there for a wedding and it was a perfect location for the event.
