The bath was a nice added touch and beds comfortable
Horrific smell of sewage throughout the night. The hotel does not look like the photos and is dated and needs decoration. Staff quite dismissive also
Sehr nettes Personal und es ist ein cooles, kreatives Hotel. Der Ausblick aus dem Kaffee ist toll. Auf Nachfrage haben wir für eine Nacht ein Upgrade zu einem Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick bekommen.

窗簾根本沒有任何阻光作用，白天房間光到不能睡。沐浴房沒有任何可放洗髮水沐浴液的地方，每次只能放在地上很不方便。
整間旅館都很美，風景也很好，性價比極高
第一晚熱水壞掉了，我們晚上十二點通知櫃檯，櫃檯表示太晚了無法處理，所以第一天無法洗澡
The feel of this hotel, instantly at home, the staff being all super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and it has the best cafe/breakfast area at the back, so calm and relaxing in the morning.
A low-cost basic breakfast is served here and there are a few other options a five-minute walk downhill, including Wolfee''s board-gaming cafe, which is rather interesting and with very helpful English-speaking staff. For serious food - at serious prices - you cannot beat Moon Restaurant just a bit further on at the corner of the road that descends from the hilltop Casanova. The bedrooms here are large and pleasant-each one with a balcony - and the beds are soft and welcoming, especially in Dalat's uncompromisingly cool to cold climate.
First floor and reception had fast 5G but upper rooms suffered from intermittent Wi-Fi. The staff-members spoke English but were generally Uni students who took their studies very seriously!
It's a small and cozy boutique hotel where each room has its own unique charm, and the decor and views will absolutely captivate you. Plus, they also have super clean dorm rooms that can make anyone with any budget happy.
The hotel's location is in the best spot in the city, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and since the hotel is situated on a hill, the lobby and cafe-restaurant area are bright and airy with an amazing view of the city.
I spent two nights in their best room with a private wooden bathtub overlooking the city, and also one night in a dorm room. I absolutely loved their Vietnamese breakfasts, cappuccinos, and the matcha they served.
I'm sure you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay at this beautiful boutique hotel!

Super clean and spacious dorm, had everything you could want and need.
The bed in the dorm was very hard compared to other hostels I’ve stayed in.

Wow! First I’ll start by saying the lobby and the hotel itself is beautiful. There’s a cafe at the entrance and beautiful city view! I’d like to thank the girl at the reception who I believe was the manager, who checked me in and was so polite and welcoming🤍 I spent a night at the dorms which was really wonderful and I’ve met new friends, and the second day I’ve had a private bedroom with a view which was no less than a 5 stars hotel bedroom! Everything was clean and comfortable.
Thank you very much. I recommend you to arrive here, whatever accommodation you’ll choose will be great here. Also, there’s an elevator!
BTW: there’s no AC but you don’t need it, it’s not hot at night and there’s a fan for those who need extra air and a balcony! (Also at the dorms and the private room with the balcony)
The only thing I’d say is that the Netflix didn’t work on the smart TV in the private bedroom which was a little uncomfortable but that’s it
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is easily accessible, and the views from both the room and the bar are absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless.
The only downside was that the mattresses were quite firm, which might not be ideal for everyone.
However, overall, I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
