It was an incredible experience all around!!!
Pros:

The gentleman at the desk was very kind and extremely professional. I was very happy when my request of a top floor room was provided. Very pleased with this location's design and room layout. Thank you for a great stay!!

It was okay, but cleanliness is sketchy.
Pros:

Size of the room was great. Seemed like a very new facility. Breakfast was good and gluten free options were available by request. Check-in was easy and employees were friendly.

Cons:

Kitchen floor was sticky and very dirty. When we asked to have it cleaned, housekeeping was gone for the day. We asked for a mop and bucket and cleaned it ourselves. It was gross. We also had a ton of short black hair that kept appearing on the tile from the carpet. The hotel allows dogs, so we're assuming it was dog hair. Not sure the floors are cleaned properly. The handles on the cabinets/fridge and the remote were really gross.

Our next vacation we would question staying at a Residence Inn by Marriott
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. And the breakfast in the morning was nice.

Cons:

My husband is disabled and we asked for a handicapped room. The room we were assigned was so far from the elevator. It was unbelievable. It was at the end of two very lengthy hallways-Logic would make sense for a handicap room to be close to elevator. Our main complaint was the bed! It was so uncomfortable!! We both had an awful night sleep. In fact, we checked out a day early because we could not stand it for another night..The mattress was very low to the ground and lumpy sunken in the middle nowhere near a quality mattress you would expect from a Marriot property - very disappointed.

Hotel for the win - booking.com not so much
Pros:

The manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay to attend graduation was positive, after my booking.com reservation went wrong.

Cons:

My reservation through booking.com was modified, and somehow under my additional guest's name, not mine. The room reserved had one bed, not the two I had selected. I won't book through a third party again unless I'm travelling alone.

I stay here once a year while being a vendor at a fair trade global market. Have loved my King Suite every time. Big eno
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Helpful front desk staff. Comfortable and safe for a single woman to stay alone.

Cons:

Wish there was a full restaurant nearby. Did visit Kwik Trip and Costco for snacks and quick meals. It was hard to keep my room warm and ventilation system is quite loud and is on constantly in the bathroom.
