Le lieu reste extrêmement bien placé et magnifique
Pros:

Hôtel plein de charme, avec un personnel très accueillant et disponible. L’équipe du restaurant est très sympathique, en particulier Luís et Israël qui sont très souriant et attentionnés.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très mal isolés, il est indiqué que nous ne devons pas faire de bruit de 21h00 à 9h00, mais je pense que nous avions malheureusement des animaux mal éduqués au-dessus de nous, et vu le bruit de leurs pas ils devaient faire le poids d’un éléphant. Si je reviens je prendrais une chambre sans voisin au dessus

Las instalaciones externas del hotel son muy buenas y bonitas. Pero no se dejen engañar l!

Cons:

1) El personal del restaurante, imposible. Siempre de mala gana, nunca sirvieron nada correctamente. El desayuno debía tener 3 pasos y jamás lo servían. Todo muy mal.
2) el dormitorio es imposible. Ya que el piso y la cama crujen y se escucha absolutamente todo de las otras habitaciones. Imposible dormir.
3) en la recepcion en el check out intentaron estafarnos con unas cervezas que decian que teniamos que pagar ya que apagamos el frigobar debido a que el ruido era insoportable en la noche. Y segun ellos la cerveza es perecedera.
Conclusion: Pesimo trato.

Los pequeños detalles cómo cobrarte un expreso en el desayuno o un poco más de granola en la fruta. Que si vas a una excursión a kas siete no te den nada ni un café ni un bocadillo. En un hotel de estas características deberían de cuidar estos detalles para hacerlo excelente ya que no les cuesta nada y estos detalles son los que marcan la diferencia

Pros:

Unfassbar traumhaftes Hotel. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und fanden das Honeymoon Zimmer wunderschön. Der Strand und der Pool sind toll. Wir haben viel von der Insel gesehen und denken dass es der schönste Strandabschnitt der Insel ist.
Die Yogakurse sind auch richtig gut und das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr viel. Man kann sogar das Leitungswasser trinken.
Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker und die besten Mezcalitas die ich in Mexiko hatte.
Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht nah an der Stadt aber trotzdem sollte man dieses Hotel unbedingt wählen.

Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant sind wirklich etwas teuer aber ansonsten ist alles perfekt.

Beautiful property in a great location.
Pros:

Location was amazing, calm area with a beach front, 15 mins walk from the town. Beautiful property with all the facilities and great common and outside areas. Well maintained.

Cons:

Oftentimes the staff was casual and lacked attention specially during breakfast and beach services. In addition tips were always requested which, despite being cultural we found strange in an expensive hotel for included services (like breakfast).
Food and cocktails were average compared to the prices they charge.

Bella l'architettura della struttura e ottima la posizione su uno dei punti più belli della spiaggia.
Il cibo era veramente buono, il servizio un po' troppo lento ma il personale era squisito. Molto apprezzata la classe di yoga free.

Beautifully appointed! It is a new resort and it shows.

We had a bit of a problem the first night and it was taken care of immediately by the staff. Special thank you to Mario!

Cons:

The first night we had a problem with smell in our room, which turned out to be from the seaweed and our room, facing the sand road ,was noisy. Other than that, the room was beautiful.

We did feel a bit pressured about tipping 😬

El hotel es muy bonito original, la decoración preciosas y muy cuidada . La playa hermosa y cuidada.

Cons:

No está insonorizado, se oye absolutamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas. No cambian las sabanas , de hecho creo que solo las cambiaron una vez a petición nuestra. Tambien huele mucho a cloaca por la aproximación al manglar .

Room (Kuka) was big, great design, no building in front of it. Don't recommend the Mangela rooms.
Pros:

The proximity to the beach and to town were great. Enjoyed the style of the hotel. Enjoyed the evening entertainment.

Cons:

The room we booked was very disappointing because the windows looked directly to the building in front of us. There was no views at all. Thankfully, we were able to upgrade to a room without anything in front of us except sand and trees. It was an additional $80 per night but worth it. Service was the restaurant for breakfast was very slow.
