The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable
Hot water in the shower wasn't Hot enough
The manager was late on the 1st day of check-in, but was very helpful to us throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!
The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and local markets
They advertised a T.V. in the room. Well, there was a large T.V., just couldn't get a signal. As a person who loves to fall asleep to the T.V., it took me forever to fall asleep. :(
Very nice, spacious and clean room for a low price. Located in Garapan, so lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It's all on first floor in an urban area, so no views out the window.
Some of the furniture looks a bit consumed, which gives it kind of dirty appearance (like the couch or the WiFi instructions).

日本人５０代。ダイビングの宿として利用させてもらいました。良い点は清潔。スタッフさんがフレンドリー。レンタル自転車が敷地内に駐輪できる。残念な点は金庫が無い。注意点は紙が流せないタイプのトイレ。サイパンでは一般的。日本人から見て、費用対効果高いと感じます。

The location is close to the place that we wanted to visit. It is affordable with nice ambiance. I will choose this hotel on our next visit.
The TV is not working. The parking is a bit small area for the guests but there's camera all over the place. The place is perfect for a short stay.

Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside

Owner was so kind, and the room was so clean.
The best thing about the hotel was that it is located in the centermost of the Garapan, which is a central city in Saipan. Staying there, you can get to nearby shop (I love Saipan, Joeten stores etc) or restaurants, historical sites (Sugar king park, museum), and beach (micro beach) only by walk.
