La ducha estaba tapada, no te podías duchar 5 minutos sin rebalsar todo. Lo dijimos en recepción y no lo solucionaron nunca.

Super Service mit sehr gastfreundlich Personal!

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal , welches sich gut um uns gekümmert hat !!!
Als wir an der Rezeption nach einer Apotheke gefragt haben , hat sich die Frau an der Rezeption ( mit Brille) direkt um uns gekümmert und uns zur Apotheke begleitet. Sie hat für uns übersetzt und sogar die Tabletten bezahlt!!!!
Auch nach mehreren Versuchen ihr das Geld zurückzugeben , hat sie es immer abgelehnt. Uns konnte auch jede frage zur weiterreise beantwortet werden.
