Pros:

Nice clean room with kitchen facilities - ideal location just a tuk away from beach and airport - great communication from hosts and staff were excellent - bar area with potato and drinks / snack to buy - or delivery options - ideal base - we like walking so 15 mins or so to centre - Alona beach tuk was 100php

Nothing a few slight maintenance issues dealt with instantly

Really enjoyed my stay at Alaia Studios and would definitely book again.
Pros:

It was nice and roomy and having the kitchen facilities was great

Cons:

The only thing that would of made it better was a pool
