Good location, big rooms
Pros:

The location is good but we had a car, which you need to get around the lakes or you're stuck in a small town with very little open in late April.

Cons:

The Japanese style room we got room 220 had a Mt Fuji view but blocked by a tall pylon electric tower. The beds were really uncomfortable I could not sleep and asked for an additional mattress which they changed me 3k yen.

the public bath is nice

Cons:

the futon room capacity is 3 adults maximum but somehow our booking note that it is for 1 adult and we have to pay extra for another 2 people. The double room bed is quite small for 2 people

Cons:

Publicidad engañosa. En la reserva pone habitación 2 adultos 3 futón. Me costó discutir con los recepcionistas una hora para conseguir el tercer futón. Son colchonetas de cm. I comodisimo. Toallas mínimas y viejas.

非常乾淨、整潔，整個飯店都有香香的味道，飯店後面就能看到富士山，員工都很親切接待（很多會中文的員工，很棒）
Pros:

接駁車班次非常多，很方便，最晚9:00都還可以接旅客到飯店（照片裡的小餅乾飯店大廳的小商店就有，非常好吃，一定要買，比Fujiyama cookie的好吃多了

Cons:

因為我們起得很早，早上飯店的自助小商店沒有開放，沒有辦法買水，不太方便（但晚上11點多還有開）
