Pros:

location close to kawachiguko station 10 mins on foot,affoadable, good facility, good maintance, staff helpful, quite new decoration and clean, this is my 2nd times stay in this hotel since aug 2025.

Cons:

next time I go to kawachiguko will also choice this hotel

Great Hotel and Location!
Pros:

Onsen, amenities, staff, shuttle service.

Cons:

The late night staff was a very rude tall man behind reception. I asked if I could heaty drink in the microwave and he said no and I asked for extra duvet and towel and he gave a thin dirty blanket and there were no extra towels so very disappointed.

Kind staff and perfect onsen
Pros:

This hotel is around 15min walking distance from the station, but it provides free shuttle service to and back. The area is quite serene. The onsen was absolutely phenomenal. The staff doesn’t speak much english, but we could always understand eachother. They were very kind and always ready to help. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel because restaurants and shops are a bit far and it was great, good value for money. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very confortable. I would definitely recomendo this hotel.

Nothing. It was all perfect.

Pros:

It felt like a 5 star hotel with a spacious room like we had. It’s a bit old, but very tidy and clean. Great breakfast options, they also have a dinner buffet. Mountain View is worth staying here

整體都很舒服，富士山山景很美，是很棒的體驗
Pros:

服務人員態度很好，溫泉很舒服，飯店早餐跟晚餐好吃❤️❤️選擇富士山山景房，每天起來看到真的心情超級好😊

Cons:

如果是日式榻榻米會有一點點硬，所以選擇上要斟酌

Pros:

The hotel is amazing. To me as a tourist is was a different experience the Japanese room.
Respectful people and the food is delicious.
It is convenient because there is no restaurants close to the hotel.
The hotel has a shuttle bus, this is a plus.
