Basic hotel. Near an industrial area i had to visit. Nothing else nearby. Value for money. No f&b. But Grab works.

Review for Standard Double Room
I recently stayed in a standard double room and had a mixed experience. The room and bathroom were smaller than I expected, which might be something to consider if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room or are staying for more than a few days.
One small inconvenience was that the toilet paper was already half-used when I arrived, and extra was only provided upon request. There was also a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication slightly challenging at times. Also, no room cleaning was provided after a two day stay, as another reviewer had mentioned.
On the positive side, the air conditioning worked, which was a big plus. I also appreciated that I was able to log into my Netflix account from the U.S. without any issues, which made unwinding in the evening more enjoyable.
Overall, it's an OK option, especially if you're mainly using the room to sleep and don't need too much space or plan to stay long. I didn't really any other option around there while visiting family.
No cleaning for stay there for 2 days
