Horrorosa la situación
Pros:

Después de haber pagado por la estancia, la señora nos dijo que debíamos irnos, tanto a mí como a otras personas en mi situación, que el alojamiento estaba completo. Por tanto, nos vimos sin alojamiento y sin dinero. Y un día perdido de vacaciones. OYO debería devolvernos el dinero por algo que no pudimos utilizar.

Cons:

Muy muy disgustada. Jamás antes había vivido una situación tan desagradable.

I have rated the stay - bad. All scores are selected as neutral.

We arrived after being confirmed via booking app. They had changed owner and had a paper sign on the door. Saying they were not accepting the booking reservation.
The place looks just as photos so it’s quite cute but the issue was they had the listing up (and they had confirmed that exact day!) when we arrived they 100% were not taking bookings.
So there was a change in ownership/manergment but we’re not clear in the listing about it or with communication.

They were asking for a fair price in cash as an alternative but we only book and stay as per app (we have been stung before when going outside app)
We called booking team for support and were given awesome fast and appropriate support to find an alternative in the area.
There is a lot of options in Krabi town. And ao bang is really close . There are also farm stays close by.

Cons:

The failure in communication when they 100% knew we were arriving they confirmed but when we physically arrived they wouldn’t accept app booking. The price was reasonable but different (higher/ more) and we felt it was very poor form to say sure come, then say oh but you need to pay more. No booking (and cost) honoured.

SCAM ! DON’T BOOK
Pros:

THIS IS A SCAM !
The owner will tell you that you have to cancel your online booking to get a refund and pay her cash, but then no one will refund your online booking.
So you pay twice and plus for a place where there’s no service at all. No blanket and no toilet paper when we arrived, we had to ask for that. No cleaning at all even though we mentioned that we’d like some cleaning. Definitely don’t go.

Just great.....
Pros:

I like that place,that manager ,the room with a/c,tv,fridge for such an excellent price.....just awesome......will stay there again on my way home.......

Cons:

Drinking-water would have been nice.....ain't no biggie.....
