Très bel hôtel, très belle chambre mais par temps sec uniquement ça prend l’eau

Belle et grande chambre, propreté

Lorsqu’il pleut des gouttes d’eau tombent du plafond

Le lit était confortable, la terrasse était grande, le personnel hyper gentil

Cons:

- L'hôtel se situe juste au dessus d'un magasin de bricolage. A l'ouverture comme à la fermeture du rideau de fer, cela fait un vacarme d'enfer dans la chambre (ouverture du rideau vers 6h30/7h du matin, ça réveil !!)

- les travaux en cours dans l'hôtel (création d'une extension) et les coups de marteau dès 6h30 c'est pas top non plus

- pas d'eau chaude et remontée d'odeurs par l'évacuation d'eau de la salle de bain

- salle de bain pas du tt adapté pour des enfants ou les petites femmes car lavabo très en hauteur

- sol sale

- rapport qualité/prix pas intéressant du tout

Pros:

Belle chambre, lit confortable, personnel gentil et disponible.
Nous avons pu changer de chambre car celle attribuée ne nous convenait pas

La première chambre n avait pas de fenêtre
L arrivée est surprenante pcq au premier plancher C est une quincallerie mais une fois monter l escalier l hotel était parfaitement bien pour nous.

Pros:

Struttura esteticamente piacevole, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ADO e meno di 15 minuti dal Fuerte de San Felipe. Terrazza ampia che abbiamo utilizzato per far asciugare indumenti e dove abbiamo improvvisato una colazione acquistando prodotti nei negozi collocati sotto l'hotel.
Personale sempre disponibile in reception, che ci ha aiutati nell'organizzare un'uscita in barca sulla laguna.

Cons:

Al mattino siamo stati svegliati da leggeri ma prolungati rumori, provenienti dal piano inferiore (probabilmente negozio di ferramenta?).
Inoltre, nonostante la struttura avvisi i clienti della necessità di aprire l'acqua calda alcuni minuti prima dell'utilizzo, il secondo giorno abbiamo fatto entrambi la doccia fredda.

Un lugar cómodo, acogedor y con servicio excelente.
Pros:

Me gusto la relación precio-calidad, es un lugar bonito y acogedor con la terraza, el personal fue muy amable y atendió mis necesidades, me dieron una buena recomendación de tours y de taxis, además de que necesitaba una secadora y me la dieron.

Cons:

Que mis amigos se quedaron en otra habitación sin ventanas o iluminación natural.
