Очень не стабильно работал Wi-Fi. Телевизор в номере не работал, обращения к персоналу ситуациию не исправили.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Stuff are So friendly and helpful . Check-in and out is so easy thanks to Sandros .
Breakfast was so delicious , fresh and everyday the chef cooks something different .
The view from the balcony was amazing and peaceful . Highly recommended this Hotel .

Разнообразные завтраки,месторасположение,если не боитесь подниматься в гору

Cons:

Заселялись поздно ночью,при въезде сразу обратили внимание на запах в номере и карту/ключ уже вставленную внутри.Запах был либо из вентиляции,либо от ковролина.Постельное белье и халат пахли парфюмом,не обратили внимание,так как очень устали с дороги.На утро в мусорном ведре нашли послание в виде чьей-то использованной прокладки.Возможно,кто-то ночевал в номере из персонала,оставив за собой следы.На ресепшене сказали,что не говорят по-русски,но на следующий день свободно общались с другой девушкой при заселении.Телевизор и светильники не работали,стены потрепанные,номеру точно необходимо освежиться

Pros:

Очень уютно и чисто. Персонал на связи и всегда подскажет, в случае вопросов. Вкусный полезный завтрак, много овощей и белковой пищи, по времени тоже все идеально, во время отпуска можно и выспаться хорошо и позавтракать.

Отвратительное обслуживание
Pros:

Месторасположение, завтраки и шеф повар Бэлла

Cons:

На второй день в абсолютно весь день не было ни воды ни света, персонал на это абсолютно никак не реагировал! Ни бутылки воды, ни извинений, никаких скидок или чего то еще! Я видела 3 работников на ресепшн, и все 3 общаются так как будто делают одолжение, абсолютно не заинтересованы. Телевизор не работает , даже ее быо заправлено постельное белье

Pros:

Kahvaltı yeterliydi, resepsiyon ve çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Merkeze konumu iyiydi rustavelli caddesine yürüyerek maximum 7 dakikaydı. Oda çok temizdi. Manzaramız arka tarafa bakıyordu gece Mtsmanda Parkı çok güzel görünüyordu. Bir daha tiflise gelsek kesin tercih etmek isterdik

I liked the hotel; it’s cute and quiet. The location is great — within walking distance of all the sights, lively streets, and plenty of cafes and shops.
Just one thing to note: the road to the hotel is uphill and can be tiring even for young people. Keep this in mind if you are an older traveler or have physical limitations.

Cons:

As for the downsides: the rooms could use some cosmetic renovation, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. However, the cleaning ladies were kind enough to provide air freshener. Breakfast was a bit sparse/basic, but it was okay.

Beautiful stay in the center of the city
Pros:

Really beautiful boutique hotel. We have stayed in a superior room on the 4th floor with a balcony and the view was breathtaking. The location is really convenient, but you need to walk high. 10 mins to Rustavelli.
Breakfasts hosted by amazing lady were magnificent.

Cons:

Really strong smell in the bathroom and linens were with holes (but clean so this point wasn’t crucial for us).

A cozy place that made us feel welcome from start to finish!
Pros:

We really enjoyed the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel and the kindness of the staff, who were always genuinely helpful and made us feel at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and varied options that pleasantly surprised us every morning. The location was also great and allowed us to experience an authentic Georgian vibe.

Месторасположение прекрасное. Красивый вид из окна.

Cons:

Постоянно резкий запах канализации в номере, запах мочи. Очень холодно в ванной комнате. Очень грязно в номере. Стены грязные. Постель порвана, везде женские и мужские волосы. Завтраки скудные, в омлете скорлупа.
