hotel z ciasnymi pokojami i nieprzyjemnym odorem z kanalizacji, kiepskie śniadania, brak chemii higienicznej, brak pościeli. byliśmy dużą grupą - ani jeden pokój nie był bez problemu. obsługa bagatelizujaca zgłoszenia, łącznie ze zniknięciem telefonu z pokoju. hotel 4* z oceną 8.9..szkoda że nikt tego nie weryfikuje. polecam omijać

Приветливый персонал и вкусные завтраки.

Cons:

В душе вода вытекает на пол и мы несколько раз чуть не упали. Мы были 4 дня ив номере убирали только 1 раз и забрали полотенце для ног, на которое мы вставали после душа, чтобы не упасть

I researved a big family room, with city view balcony as I was traveling with my parents and we wanted to stay all in the same room. But instead, we got two seperated rooms that they had a shared corridor which they said you can close the door of the corridor to have a shared rooms. It was impossible to do it because of the lights in the corridor at night.
They also could not arrange a room for 3 of us, they said we do not have anything available!
The balcony that we had also did not have any view of the city! we could only see the yards of the neighbors.

The location also is in a old neighborhood and 20 minutes walk till the main street which is very hard to reach.
Because of the renovation in the whole street there is traffic all the time so it is not very easy to get taxi as well.
also by walking you will reach some streets under repairing.
for this time of the year this side of the city is very hard to reach and visit. It is not recommended at all t o book a hotel near Rustaveli for now!
Instead try Old Tbilisi area.

Pros:

В целом остались очень довольны проживанием — отель понравился, и впечатления от него исключительно положительные.

Особенно хочется отметить балкон с прекрасным видом на Тбилиси — очень живописно, приятно было проводить там время. В отеле есть лифт и завтраки. Завтраки не очень разнообразные, но вполне хорошие: всегда можно найти, что поесть.

Номер комфортный, кровать удобная, подушки могли бы быть получше, но в целом спалось хорошо. Есть телевизор, чайник, душ и всё необходимое для проживания. Немного непривычно, что в душе нет дверцы или шторки, поэтому вода попадает за пределы душевой зоны.

Из небольших недочётов: нас было двое и одеял было два, но пододеяльник почему-то был только один. Номер убирали каждый день, однако второй пододеяльник так и не появился. Также при наличии чайника не было двух чашек.

При этом персонал очень отзывчивый: когда мы попросили бокалы и штопор, нам сразу всё предоставили. Уборка ежедневная, обслуживание хорошее.

В целом все перечисленные моменты — мелочи и совершенно не испортили впечатления. Нам понравилось проживание, особенно вид с балкона и отношение персонала. С удовольствием поставим 5 из 5 и можем рекомендовать этот отель.

This wasn’t 4 star hotel
Pros:

Staff at the reception desk ( all of them ) nice, polite offering the info you search and willing to help you

Cons:

Front door and the locker suspicious… TV broken and didn’t work, the walls of the room, filthy. The breakfast poor, not well set for 4 star hotel… the location far from the streets with people and cafes and restaurants.

Все отлично
Pros:

Стоит прям по центру,легко доехать в любую точку и быстро

Cons:

Нет кофе и ресторана нет(только завтраки) не всегда успевали где-то ужинать из-за экскурсий,было бы классно если и в отеле был ресторан либо кофемашина

Проживание удовлетворительный.
Pros:

Нормальный завтрак, персонал любезнательный. Вода из крана питевая.

Cons:

Парковка отсутствует. Местоположение не очень хорошое. Не все номера с болкончиком, некоторые смотрит на соседные двора
