Very unprofessional staff, the room was very cold and the air conditioning wasn’t working-we asked three times if they could do something about it and the guy said it was not cold at all, the second time night I woke up at 1:30 at night, left and went to another hotel. We had one more night paid and they said they wouldn’t give us our money back.

The staff was great and we loved the location. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom in our room was foul, especially after using the shower. The sheets had holes in them, although they were clean.
