Quarto muito bom, limpeza, café da manhã excelente, localização

Cons:

Só a água do chuveiro que ficava oscilando. Vinha bem quente e logo depois ficava fria o tempo todo.

Localização muito boa. Café da manhã razoável. Atendentes muito simpáticos, mas só dois. Não conseguiam atender a demanda

Cortinas sujas. Secador de cabelo não funcionava adequadamente e não havia secador de reserva. Os atendentes foram excelentes, mas não havia atendentes suficientes para atender a demanda. Paguei pelo estacionamento, mas não havia vagas suficientes.

Ótima opção em Poços de Caldas
Pros:

Hotel com boa localização, próximo ao centro mas distante suficiente da muvuca. Quarto de bom tamanho e silencioso. Cama razoável - para mim o colchão poderia ser mais firme. Café da manhã muito bom, servido em salão amplo e iluminado. Garagem com custo coberta e fechada. O hotel tem convênio com um estacionamento próximo para veículos muito grandes. Atendimento no checkin e checkout rápido e eficiente. Equipe simpática e prestativa.

Cons:

Na época de minha hospedagem havia obra de ampliação do hotel no terreno ao lado. Não me atrapalhou mas é bom observar a questão. As toalhas de banho, apesar de novas, estão todas desfiadas e começando a puir. São lavadas em outro hotel da rede. Fica feia a apresentação. O chuveiro é do tipo escalda ou congela. Difícil acertar a temperatura ideal. Segundo a recepção trata-se de um problema que está sendo solucionado.
