Hotel básico limpio y buena atención.
Pros:

La ubicación, disponibilidad.

Cons:

Que no tenían espacio para estacionar mi carro, estaba lleno, y había muy poco espacio para pasar. Tuve que dejar el carro afuera.
Que la cama está muy dura, el agua caliente tardo mucho en salir pensé que no había agua caliente.
Hay un cable colgado en el baño

Centrico a la estacion de autobuses y zocalo de la ciudad, practicamente todo lo hice caminando.

Personal me habilito la habitacion antes de la hora de check in, muy amable.

Apesar da excelente localização não tem água quente
Pros:

A localização é ótima. Muito próximo ao centro e mais próximo ainda à rodoviária.
Se localiza em um bairro de classe média e portanto há uma quantidade grande de cafeterias, restaurantes e lojas finas. Foi muito proveitoso para conhecer o Bairro à pé.

Cons:

Eu já tinha idéia que se tratava de um hotel simples, apesar do valor alto cobrado. Fomos na época mais procurada do ano ( "La Fiesta de Los Muertos") e por isso não questionamos o valor cobrado, porém o mínimo que esperávamos era um banho quente. Ficamos muito decepcionadas com a falta de água quente nos três dias de estadia.

A nice short walk into centro with good cafe's and restaurants en route.

This is the worst hotel I have personally ever stayed at and I would not ever return.
Cons:

There is virtually no privacy here, you can't seal the windows shut so you can hear everything going on in the main area, and they can hear you (including in the bathroom). You can hear loud traffic at all times. There's almost no ventilation, and the bathroom smells strongly of ammonia. The locks on the doors are very flimsy and it does not feel safe to leave things in the room while gone (for that matter, it feels like somebody could get in while you're in there as well).

Pros:

The staff at the hotel Is very, very kind and always ready to help, which helped a lot during our stay. The hotel Is located in a 20 min walk from the center, with all the basic structure you need and everyday they were improving something.

Cons:

It was noisy during all day due to the windows facing the Avenue with a bus stop. But we prefered that over the other rooms with windows facing de interior/garage. The smell from the drains was strong. As I said, Its a basic structure that provides what you need in a room, and they're improving everyday.
There's no smoking area, you must do It on the street.

The hotel is conveniently located but a bad start is that it isn't named as cassa genesis.
The room was clean and comfortable .
Very basic, but you get what you pay for.

Cons:

Noisy as the single glazed windows overlook the communal area and car parking.
Could be a lot of exhaust fumes in the morning.
