The hotel was beautiful, with stunning design, elegant furniture, and tasteful décor throughout the property. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing view from the hotel, which was truly breathtaking and probably its biggest advantage. The atmosphere was enjoyable, making the overall experience very pleasant.

Cons:

As this is a family-run hotel, I would recommend placing even more emphasis on a personal guest experience, as this is something many travelers value and look forward to.

There were a few situations that may have been misunderstandings on our part, particularly regarding pricing. Whether this was simply a communication issue or not, it gave us the impression that the financial aspect was receiving more attention than the overall guest experience, which I believe was not the intention.

To be fair, some team members were genuinely kind and helpful, especially the young gentleman, and we greatly appreciated their efforts.

The breakfast could also be improved. There was a good variety of options, including some lovely homemade products, which we enjoyed. However, many of the hot dishes were served cold. This is something the hotel may want to review, as it could significantly enhance the breakfast experience.

Overall, the property itself is lovely, and the views are outstanding. I would encourage the hotel to focus even more on hospitality and personal guest interactions, as one of the main reasons people visit Armenia is to experience its renowned warmth and hospitality and to create unforgettable memories.

В Горис по видимому лучший отель.Стильные номера ,с дизайнерским уклоном .На одну ночь отличный вариант

Great traditional accommodation in Goris
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice location overlooking the town of Goris and the dwellings.
Very nice decoration and atmosphere and very spacious rooms.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a bit more various and also they did not have applications to keep the food warm.
If someone wishes to be walking distance from the main city, the hotel is not ideal.
