В целом отель соответствует категории 3★: номера достаточно просторные и чистые. Больше радовало расположение отеля, что недостатки были не совсем заметны. Однако есть ряд моментов, которые заметно повлияли на впечатление от проживания.

Cons:

Работа персонала оставляет желать лучшего — многие вопросы приходилось повторять несколько раз, что создавало неудобства. Уборка в номере не проводилась в течение двух дней, полотенца также не были заменены своевременно. Банные халаты и зубные щётки предоставлялись только после нескольких напоминаний по телефону.

Завтраки показались однообразными и без особого выбора.

В целом, для отеля данной категории уровень можно считать приемлемым, однако, исходя из опыта проживания в отелях этой же сети в Казахстане, сервис там был заметно выше.
