В целом отель нормальный для короткой остановки, но повторно я бы выбрала другое место.
Pros:

Дизайн лобби и бара на первом этаже классный. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Особенно благодарны за помощь с заказом такси ночью, когда самостоятельно вызвать машину было сложно.

Остановились в Ibis Baku City на две ночи во время незапланированной поездки в Баку из-за задержки рейса.

Расположение показалось не самым удобным: до Центра Гейдара Алиева и Старого города добирались примерно по 30 минут.

При заселении нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера, но особого восторга это не вызвало. Номер большой, много пустого пространства, при этом интерьер уже довольно уставший, местами потёртый. Уюта не хватило, плюс с улицы хорошо слышен шум дороги.

Приехала в отель после длительного перелета . На ресепшен мне сказали по техническим причинам мы не можем вас поселить , вызвали такси и отправили в другой отель . Сутки проживания в вашем отеле составил 73€ а в другом отеле 37€ . Это что сейчас так зарабатывают отели ? Я требую что бы вы вернули мне разницу . Вы отбили у меня все желания приезжать в Баку и жить в вашем отеле ! У меня в планах было прилететь с мужем сюда . Но теперь я сто раз подумаю …..

Сніданок починається в зручний час, зручне ліжко, розташування

Cons:

Персонал не зміг продовжити бронювання впродовж 2 днів, вимушений був зробити нове бронювання,всі щось записували,але не робили, поводилися байдуже

Suyu sebilden doldurma kısmını beğenmedim. Ayrıca odalarda yapılan günlük temizliklerde personeller havlu ve çay koymayı unutuyorlardı. Ayrıca oda da banyo ve tuvalet havalandırması bulunmuyor

Konum güzel, güvenli bir yer. 7/24 önünde polis bekliyor.

Cons:

Odanın içindeki halıya duş kısmından su sızmış. Leş gibi kokuyordu ve gece zor uyudum. Ayriyetten kahvaltı yerinim zeminine sinmiş iğrenç bir koku vardı. Kahvaltı dahil olmasın rağmen yemek yiyemedim.
