Pros:

Very spacious modern two-room apartment (living room and bedroom), nice view over the city, right at the beginning of the city center pedestrian zone (Kigali CarFree Zone) with shops, and some cafés and restaurants.

Good internet, fully furnished kitchen. There is no washing machine in the apartment but a lady comes daily to clean and to collect laundry.

Cons:

No aircon, just fans. It was perfectly ok during my stay, but may be unpleasant during the warmer months.

Overall it was good despite of few management issues.

It is located in the city center and close to many places. Main market is close by and also there are a variety of restaurants in the area. Nice traditional market next to the hotel.

Pros:

The entrance to the executive suites is a bit deceptive as it doesn't look good, but the place is super clean and as similar to the pictures. The only issue was the Wifi in our apartment - it wasn't working however they staff was super efficient in fixing it and giving us the temporary Wifi
