“Fui a este hotel y solo había escaleras, no encontré ascensor. También estaba escrito que había terraza, pero cuando fuimos la encontramos cerrada. Había mucho ruido, el personal hacía la limpieza y hablaba en voz alta mientras nosotros dormíamos temprano por la mañana, sin ningún respeto. Teníamos muchas maletas pesadas y nadie nos ayudó a subirlas por las escaleras, que además estaban en muy mal estado. El trato fue cero. Sinceramente no vale el precio que pagamos. No volveré y no lo recomiendo.”

I didn't like anything, the bathroom was terribly small, there was hair on the towels. They gave me a room that wasn't the one I paid for, I'm attaching a photo below.

Cons:

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is terrible, the owner was completely unresponsive and didn't resolve the issue, only offering advice to the staff. I booked a room, but they gave me another one. I asked for a replacement, but they told me they gave me your number. I called tech support, but the issue was still unresolved.

It was in a strange area, did not feel safe, far from the old town. This hotel in a better area would be perfect.
